벨포트 베를린(Numa I Belfort Rooms & Apartments)

Stayed at numa Belfort for 2 weeks. My 50m2 apartment was just perfect - warm, nice furniture, excellent bed, great amenities in both kitchen and bathroom and a super responsive and service-minded team! I will be back as soon as I can.

Great location. Unfortunately, the place is in need of refurbishment. The electricity was unstable, the furniture was worn and the cleaning wasn’t great. Not value for money when compared to places we stayed in Munich and Nuremberg the same week.

We had a wonderful stay! The area is perfect, the room is beautiful and the cafe in building was delicious

lots of space. good location. nice area. no room services, no cleaning, no supplies refill (toilet paper, coffee, water). very loud install of christmas decorations nailed into stair rail early in the morning.

the apartment was in a great, quiet neighborhood. Coffee was provided. The dining table was against the couch, so you had to move it to sit on the couch, but there was no other place for it. The lighted mirror in the bathroom was strapped on by duck tape and kept falling. No microwave & a note to open doors to cook, hard to do at 50 degrees. If you set off the smoke detector, a fine of 2,500 Euros would be yours to pay. The whole point of getting an apt was to be able to cook for ourselves.

Fantastic stay at the Numa Belfort apartments. Easy walking distance to bars, restaurants and supermarkets - and great location to see the city, both for walking and transport links. The apartment itself had everything we needed, was lovely and quiet, and the Numa team had left us lots of little extras including beer in the fridge! Could not fault our stay - and the little café downstairs was a bonus for delicious breakfasts. We will definitely stay here again!

Wir wohnen seit Jahren hier, wenn wir in Berlin sind. Tolle Lage! Aber Qualität, Sauberkeit und vor allem Service sind immer schlechter geworden. Seit die KI den Service beherrscht, klappt nichts mehr. Nur leere Versprechungen. Sehr schade! Wir werden hier nicht mehr buchen.

Hace poco nos quedamos en este hotel. El edificio y las habitaciones estaban muy bien decorados y en buen estado. Aparte, tuvieron la cortesía de dejarnos un pequeño tentempié de té, café, agua y chips. El problema que vimos es que la habitación que pedimos era de 4 personas y la segunda cama consistía en un sillón cama muy incómodo en el que nos costó dormir. Cuando le comentamos esto al servicio del hotel, nos ignoraron y no nos dieron ninguna solución. Una pena que en un hotel tan bien cuidado, limpio y con tanto mimo hayamos tenido esta mala experiencia.

En general es un buen apartamento y bien situado, pero no es nada de lujo como está anunciado, simplemente standard mediano. Nosotros reservamos para cuatro adultos, pero para nada es recomendable coger un apartamento para cuatro, más bien para dos y como mucho un niño. Tiene un buen dormitorio y en el salón hay un silica cama que se está colapsando, el simile esta totalmente doblado y parece una hamaca…. Lo comunicamos el primer día y no nos hicieron ni caso!
