Good one

I enjoyed the charm of this hotel however the hallway carpet and paint were subpar giving it an eerie feeling. Tiles on the bottom of the shower were coming undone and toiletries were not topped off. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Location was ok as traveling by u ban necessary.

Stayed in the Lux11 Berlin Mitte for a number of nights and cannot fault it, a fantastic option for anyone visiting Berlin. A brilliant location only 2 min walk from Alexanderplatz hfb, and loads of other connections via S-bahn, bus, tram across the city. Suite is a great size and extremely comfortable and well maintained. Reception counter team are excellent and super friendly. Definitely will stay here again.

Really good base for our first trip to Berlin. So many transport options within 5 minutes and just 15 mins walk to the Museumsinsel. Having the kitchen facilities in room was a great option for breakfast although there were several options close by. Room was very comfortable. We would use this hotel again

We had a one if the big suites, tonnes of room with great big windows and high ceilings. I like modern decor but this was a bit too stark for me, grey & white everything, no pictures on the wall and not even a single coat hook. There’s a big area that could have held a wardrobe but instead just an open hanging rail and a shelf you can just about squeeze 2 bags onto. Some drawers or at least some hanging hooks would make a difference. Also lighting is very dark so in the evenings the overall feel is a bit depressing. Anyway good points - great shower, separated living area with small kitchen, nice and clean, loads of room. The location is excellent, lots of shops & restaurants nearby and really easy access to trains, trams & buses

The rooms are very spacious and well maintained and comfortable but unlike normal hotel rooms comes with a kitchenette but then these are serviced apartments not hotel rooms. Centrally located for sightseeing. The lack of any on site facilities restaurant or bar was a big disappointment.

Very central location. Some nice bars and restaurants within walking distance and of course very near the bus, tram stops and train station for onward travel. The hotel itself is so nice, our room was set out very well and was really clean. We loved the small kitchen area with everything available if you opted to cook for yourself. Perfect for preparing a light breakfast as the hotel do not supply this as an option. Loved the comfort of the room with the large bed, with soft fresh linen and comfortable pillows. The rainfall shower was blissful and really helped to cool down and relax after the long days spent enjoying Berlin and all the sights and sounds. Staff at the hotel were so nice, friendly , informative and at hand for any additional help that may be needed. The front desk is not available overnight but Lux has a sister hotel which can step in to assist if really needed. Loved the privacy option with this hotel, rooms are cleaned after the second day of your stay and it is up to you to decide if you need housekeeping services. Afterall when you're on holiday who needs to be waking up too early every morning, especially after long nights.

We spent 5 nights in a junior suite on the corner of the building looking at the TV antenna. The room was very spacious and being able to open the full size balcony doors was great. It was very easy to get to - a short walk from the Alexanderplatz Station and there are a great variety of dining options around (plenty of great recommendations from the hotel itself). Whilst these are serviced apartments rather than a hotel, you can get everything you need on request. The team member on the late shift during our stay (Nicole) was delightful and could not do enough to help when we had questions etc. Highly recommended.

Bowled over by the size of the rooms - or should I say suite! Good enough location, 5 mins to the U-/S-Bahn and airport train - Alexanderplatz, Mitte and Hakescher Markt are all on your doorstep. Most of the time I spent in my room I kept deliberating how I’d sort out the space. It is a bit strange, especially the shower which is up some stairs in a darkened corner, overlooking the bed and exposed to onlookers from the street? Very strange. The colour scheme reminded me of the basement in my office building - very bland and industrial, but not in a quirky way. And the toilet was in some cupboard that you had to manoeuvre into thanks to a sink overhanging the bowl. Biggest gripe was the air conditioning - the hour limit is really irritating. Thankfully the weather was a let down in Berlin this time, but it’s often over 30c there in the summer and you need the AC on! I still woke up sweating! I’m all for sustainability, but there are other ways to achieve this. Also this is NOT a hotel, rather serviced apartments. You have to request housekeeping, and there is no restaurant/cafe and minimal service. The place is not occupied by staff at night.
