베를린, 베를린 슈판다우역 근처 호텔

I chose this hotel as I was touring Berlin with a friend for a few days, but he was arriving a couple of days later than me. This proved to be a great option in terms of budget, distance from the city centre and proximity to public transport. Once you come up the steps from the U-Bahn at Siemenssdamm, it’s immediately to your right. The member of staff in the reception was warm and friendly and spoke very good English as my German is not very good after studying it a little at school 25 years ago. The room was large, very clean, and well-equipped. It was too warm for me, and turning the air con down didn’t help, but the window opens very wide. The bathroom also had a bath which was a bonus. The bed is firm which I really enjoyed, but I appreciate that won’t be to everyone’s liking. I’m sure I requested the room not to be serviced but the maid had been in every day. I didn’t use the TV but the Wi-Fi was a little patchy and slow at times. There is plenty of plug sockets including one near the bed. There was a soft light on the floor lamp and a desk lamp which was great. I had the buffet breakfast one morning, which had a great and varied selection of hot and cold food, this included cereals, bread, cold meats, cheeses, eggs, sausages, fresh juice, tea, and coffee. There is a supermarket across the road open till 10 pm, which was handy to get food for dinner. Yeah, it is quiet, and felt safe. I couldn’t hear any noise from any adjacent rooms. If I’m visiting Berlin in the future on my own, I will probably stay here again.

B&B Berlin-Charlottenburg는 모든 B&B 호텔과 마찬가지로 편리하고 좋습니다. 직원들은 세심하고 친절합니다. 지하철 (U2)은 집 밖에 있으며 무료 Tom Zoo, Potsdamer Square 및 Alexander Square를 제공합니다. 그러나 거리를 과소평가해서는 안 됩니다. 베를린은 작은 도시가 아닙니다. 어쨌든 호텔은 베를린에 도달하는 훌륭한 출발점입니다.

My best friend found this hotel for us - but we didn't realize it's a few miles outside of the city. To our surprise - that was a happy accident. We LOVED it here. On the way to the train station every morning, we walked through the lovely town of Spandau - and stopped at the bakeries, restaurants - and farmer's markets! And the train is right there - about 10-15 minutes away from the hotel. The spa downstairs is also a very nice touch. Apparently people come from all over to use the spa! It's co-ed and clothing optional, and has a bunch of features: four saunas, steam rooms, ice baths, pools, hot tubs, and relaxation rooms. The hotel rooms are nice and clean, spacious - with bathtubs and showers, and we really enjoyed ourselves. The front desk people really didn't acknowledge us when we arrived or left... but it's fine. Didn't matter because the rest of the property is just stunning. Loved our time here.

2021년도에 리모델링한 젠스시티 호텔 베를린 스판다우 객실은 베를린 여행자들에게 최고의 선택입니다.호텔은 베를린 슈판다우역에서 약 1km 정도 거리에 있고, 브란덴부르크 공항에서는 약 37km 정도 거리에 있어 호텔까지 편리하게 이동할 수 있습니다. 가장 가까운 교통수단은 지하철역(라타우스 스팬다우)이며 단, 1km정도 거리에 있습니다. 호텔 주변에는 Waldbuhne, 베를린 올림픽 스타디움, UEFA EURO 2024 등 베를린 인기 관광지들이 많습니다.호텔의 다양한 시설을 이용하여 여가시간을 보낼 수 있습니다. 호텔에서는 쾌적하고 편안한 주차 서비스를 제공합니다.

서비스는 좋았고 직원들은 매우 친절하고 탁월했습니다. 식당의 서비스군은 독일어를 구사하지 않았으며 호텔에 있어야합니다. 이미 독일에 있습니다. 우리는 아침 식사가 € 19.50에 너무 높은 가격으로 책정되었다고 생각합니다. 그것은 작은 물고기 (연어) 일 것입니다. 베를린 호텔에서 나는 실제로 아침 식사와 papons없이 유명한 ”베를린의 스크립트”를 기대합니다. 그렇지 않으면 모든 것이 괜찮 았습니다. 아름다운 또한 가격 인하 주말에 주차하는 집.

The location is realy close to a central train station and bus stop. The hotel was really nice. Beautiful building in a quite area in berlin. staff were all friendly. The breakfast was excellent. My room was a standard room ( number 109). It was old fashion. What bothered me during my stay in this hotel was : my room was very cold!!!!! and it did not have proper heating equipment, which even made me use a blanket all the time.

나는 친구들과 이 호텔에 갔고 우리는 2박을 했습니다. 방은 사진 속 방과 같으며 깨끗하고 매우 덥고 모든 편안함이 있습니다. 호텔은 다양한 유형의 상점과 쇼핑 센터, 레스토랑이 즐비한 Charlottenburg 지역에 위치하고 있으며 베를린의 나머지 지역에 빠르게 도달할 수 있는 공공 수단과 가깝습니다. 우리는 매우 비싸기 때문에 아침 식사 서비스를 즐기지 않았습니다 (1 인당 19 유로). 유일한 나쁜 메모와 나에게이 수준의 호텔에 처음 일어난 것은 첫날 밤 이후 방과 욕실 청소 부족과 소시지 교체였습니다. 그러나 직원과 청소 및 서비스 모두에게 추천하는 호텔입니다.

We wilden een paar dagen op bezoek bij een ernstig zieke vriendin en dicht bij haar in de buurt zijn. Het eerste de ”beste” hotel geboekt voor twee nachten. Het ”hotel” is gelegen op de hoek Stuttgarter Platz en Kaiser Friedrich Straße. Het is totaal ongeschikt voor mensen die moeilijk ter been zijn. Vanaf de ingang tot de receptie annex eetzaal moeten een aantal trappen met in totaal veertig treden worden beklommen. Het personeel bestaat voornamelijk uit mensen uit Oezbekistan. De communicatie in het Duits verloopt stroef.  Onze kamer met uitzicht op het station aan de Stuttgarter Platz was verre van schoon. Onder de bedden hadden zich een aantal textiel pluizen verzameld. De radiator en de plinten waren bedekt met een laagje stof, de vitrage ontbrak en de overgordijnen sloten niet goed. De toegangsdeur sloot niet goed, als er iemand over de gang liep ratelde de deur in de sponning. Erg hinderlijk als je de slaap wil vatten. De badkamer was een complete ramp, de kraan van de wastafel was verkalkt, slechts met veel inspanning te openen en niet te doseren. De slang van de douchekop was lek, er spoot evenveel water uit de achterkant van de slang als uit de douchekop. De tegels en de plavuizen hadden al heel lang geen schoonmaakbeurt gehad. Na de eerste nacht bleek onze kamer niet gedaan en de bedden niet gemaakt. We hebben dat gemeld bij de dame van de receptie die we met veel moeite ertoe konden bewegen om schone badlakens en handdoeken te brengen en de bedden te maken. De eetkamer hing vol met grote schilderijen en prenten. Het ontbijt was rijkelijk, broodjes, diverse soorten brood, geglazuurde cake, thee, koffie, sinaasappelsap en hardgekookte eieren.  Parkeren is een crime, als je veel geluk hebt is er voor het hotel plaats tegen € 10,00 per dag. Moet je ergens met de auto heen dan moet je bij terugkomst niet verwachten dat je de auto nog voor het hotel kwijt kunt. Er is echter een parkeergarage in de buurt. Kortom, we hebben een stommiteit begaan door te boeken zonder vooraf inlichtingen in te winnen.
