DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL - because you will pay for your stay, but not get into your room at all. We had a prepaid booking for 2 nights. When we arrived, the front door was closed, no one answered the door bell, or the phone to the hotel. So we suddenly found ourselves without a room to stay in, although we paid for it already. The next morning, we were desperate to get into our room, so we went to the hotel again. But it was the same story all over again - the front door was locked, no one answered the doorbell or the phone. We realised we had to get a different hotel, and ended up, not only spending vacation time searching for a new hotel and running around the city with our luggage, but also paying for a whole other hotel room. We still haven’t gotten in touch with Bergamo Inn 21, and they have not refunded our money, or tried to contact us at all. Do not book this hotel! They’ll steal your money and provide you no room to stay in.

이틀 동안 여기에 머물렀다. 사랑스러운 Bergamo의 ”구시 가지”지역에 전에 머물 렀습니다. 이 지역은 ”실행”으로 간주 될 것입니다. 커피 숍, 레스토랑 등 메인 타운까지 도보로 5-10 분 거리입니다. 이전 리뷰는 리셉션 직원이 얼마나 환영하고 친절하며 도움이되는지 언급했지만 그 경험을 얻지 못했습니다. 리셉션 구역은 문 바로 안쪽에 있으므로 수하물, 트램 등으로 도착하고 떠날 때 혼잡 할 수 있습니다. 방은 충분히 공간을 갖추고있었습니다. 추가 수건을 제공했을 수 있습니다 (싱글 룸은 기본 3 개), 냉장고와 물 안경 등이 필요했습니다. 바닥이 묶여있어 슬리퍼를 착용하십시오 (방에 포함되지 않음)! 숙박에 아침 식사가 포함되어 있지 않았으며 선택이 제한적 이었기 때문에 기뻤습니다.이 호텔은 짧은 체류에 괜찮지 만 더 오래 머무르면 다른 곳을 볼 수 있습니다.

Our second stay in this hotel and it will not be our last! We have now stayed here for our anniversary and my partners birthday! The staff are all so so lovely, they are so helpful. The breakfast is great - there are sausages, beans & eggs all hot and fresh and topped up often. There are many varieties of fresh croissants, there are cakes and creams and jam and toast and yoghurts also. The pistachio cream is amazing! The lobby is old fashioned & authentically Italian and we love it! The bedrooms are all different and all just as lovely. The first time we stayed we had a beautiful ornate headboard and the second time we had a perfect top floor room! ( beware there are steps up if you want a top floor) We had a wraparound balcony where we could watch a lovely Italian sunrise. Both rooms we have stayed in had baths. The service is really second to none. There are luggage holding facilities which we use. The hotel is a 10/15 min walk into a more central part of the new town and the bus/train stations which is perfect for us. It’s quite quiet around the hotel.

Business hotel in posizione strategica alle porte di Bergamo. Camere confortevoli, anche se personalmente non adoro la moquette. Parcheggio videosorvegliato e con possibilità di ricarica di veicoli elettrici ( anche se la ricarica è di tipo lento/domestico). Colazione eccellente. Il vero valore aggiunto è il personale al ricevimento, in particolare Manuela molto professionale e pronta a risolvere ogni piccolo problema. Consigliato.

Sono stata da novembre 2021 ad inizi gennaio 2022 nel B&B Luna per frequentare un corso Ryanair. Mi sono trovata benissimo: B&B pulitissimo: stanza, bagno e spazi comuni vengono puliti tutti i giorni e hanno un buon odore; la proprietaria, Sonia, è disponibile e affabile. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Positive: clean, modern, good breakfast. The spa is a nice surprise. Negative: industrial area around (the best is that it is close to Oriocenter), very slow wifi, very very slow. It was difficult to find to breakfast room, cleaning ladies kept sending me to different floors before I found it.

I was here for a night stop over on my way to east Italy and I will definitely come back. I've checked in late (9pm) and the receptonist (Davide) welcomed me. This guy is always smiling and is very open for nice talks. He gave me also very good advices for places to visit and where to go for shopping. If I had any question about the hotel or anything else he was totally open to help with 100%. I am very satisfied! Also the staff in the morning at the breakfast was very very kind and helpful. Thanks very much for my perfect stay and see you very soon. Especially thanks to Davide, I'm very looking forward to have some more time with you to talk. Thanks a lot!

Ottimo hotel per brevi soggiorni. Colazione varia e abbondante, letti comodi e location silenziosa. Comodo anche l’ampio parcheggio gratuito all’interno della struttura. Presenti giochi per bambini nel parco davanti all’hotel e alle terme. A 20 minuti da Orio al Serio.

Tutto il personale s'impegna, è cordiale e disponibile (proprietario, compagna e 3 figli minorenni), oltre a due addette alle pulizie ed alle camere. Struttura ai piani vetusta. In molte camere mancano supporti di sicurezza. Non sono garantite attività dichiarate in fase di prenotazione. Ottima la presenza di infermiera e operatrice socio sanitaria per assistenza a persone anziane. Località misera di attrattive. Posizione hotel disagevole per persone anziane o con problemi di deambulazione. L'erogazione dei servizi di ristorazione molto discutibile e votata al risparmio assoluto di tempo e denaro, senza rispettare i tempi degli ospiti. 리리뷰어Spent our last night in Bergamo at this lovely boutique hotel. We were made to feel very welcome by the staff who were very helpful. Rebecca and Joanne were so friendly as were the others but didn’t get their names. The room we had was lovely with a small typical Italian balcony over looking the roof tops and the courtyard. The bathroom was very modern and large with the most powerful shower.. There was also a huge bath with jets. Bed was very comfortable. Lovely courtyard where we finished the evening with drinks. Recommend the Italian gin. Breakfast was excellent with a fabulous buffet selection. Eggs cooked to your preference and beautifully presented. Loved the white table linen which you rarely find these days. Set in a lovely part of Bergamot with plenty of shops and restaurants near by. About 15/20 minute walk from rail station. Highly recommend.

리리뷰어좋은 점-공동 지역은 깨끗하고 깔끔합니다. 리셉션의 비토리아가 좋습니다. 큰 침실은 최근에 장식 된 것처럼 보였습니다. 큰 침대와 부드러운 베개. 충분한 전기 소켓. 좋은 샤워. 항상 문을 닫아야하는 사람이 있지만 방음. 아침 식사가 좋습니다. 모든 평소. 빵, 햄, 치즈, 요구르트, 과일 계란 등 때때로 약간 매니큐어. 나쁜 점. 침실은 청소되지 않았고 침대는 하루 동안 만들어지지 않았습니다. 또 다른 날 우리는 spare 화장실 롤을 남기지 않았다. 우리 수건은 결코 접히지 않았고, 단지 철도의 힙에 남겨 두었다. 커피를위한 방에 우유를주지 마십시오. 공동 발코니가 있지만, 우리가 계속하면 모퉁이의 다른 침실로 족한 모습을 볼 수 있습니다. 샤워의 바닥에는 은 갈색 흙이 있습니다. 우리가 거기에 있었던 9 박 동안 그것은 결코 벗어난 적이 없었습니다. 노력하지 않고, 나는 조직으로 약간 벗어났다. 그것은 역겨웠다. 지역은 좋으며 역을 고려하여 떨어지지 않습니다.

리리뷰어There are a huge number of positives for staying at the Hotel Piazza Vecchia. It is a charming, historic property in the heart of Bergamo’s Citta Alta (Bergamo’s old town), a short walk from all the main sights of this delightful city. The location is superb, close to lots of excellent restaurants and shops, the funicular stops and the main historic sights of the city. Most of the accommodation seems to be near the station which is 15-20 minute walk to the funicular that takes you up to the historic old town (or another 15-20 minute walk up the hill if you are athletic) so it makes a lot of sense to stay here if tourism is the reason why you come to town. The hotel is located off one of the main old town streets, up a short flight of stairs to the reception desk. It’s eighteen steps, and a stairlift is available if you need help. To the three floors where the rooms are located there is a small lift. The check in and out was efficient and friendly, the receptionists are always welcoming and speak English. They really want to boost tourism to the city and were very nice to speak to. The written communication isn’t quite as strong. Before we arrived we requested an airport pick up, which they provide through a local driver who is very nice and speaks good English. We got no confirmation to say this was arranged so emailed again to be told that it was arranged. The pick up was fine but when we went to confirm the return to the airport we found the time they had was wrong. It was soon sorted out, but I would recommend double checking the details. Parking is also available at a nearby site. Our room was on the third floor. It had a balcony with a view of rooftops and the hills behind the city, a large TV (but only with Italian channels), good WiFi, a wardrobe and a very small safe, which again showed for us that Reception is a little inconsistent. I went to use it, followed the instructions and then couldn’t open it. I informed Reception (luckily, I had nothing in the safe) and that it needed resetting, but it didn’t happen during our time at the hotel. There is also a coffee machine, fridge and a comfortable bed and an air conditioner/heater. They provide cups, glasses and a corkscrew. The most irritating thing about the room we stayed in was that there was no ceiling light, just a wall light and three lamps, making the room quite dark and impossible to find anything in the wardrobe or drawers after dark without a torch. The only other downside to the room was that there was only one bin, a small one in the bathroom so it filled up quickly. The room also had a desk, a table and seats, which weren’t that comfortable, they were like garden furniture, so I suspect that they go on the balcony when the weather improves. The bathroom had a good shower. The sink was nicely designed but a bit impractical, with a sloping bottom to it and an overhanging tap which made shaving or washing your face awkward. 익익명 사용자작고 아름다운 유형의 전반적으로 좋은 호텔. 원래 저렴한 항공편을 타고 외딴 산악 지역에 착륙할 줄 알았는데 틈새 관광지를 우연히 발견할 줄은 몰랐습니다. 우리는 베르가모 공항에서 1호선을 타고 호텔 근처 버스 정류장까지 약 15분, 도보로 12분 거리에 있습니다. 늦은 밤 도착했을 때 프론트 데스크의 남동생은 매우 열정적이었고 아침 / 스파 및 기타 시설을 적극적으로 소개했습니다. 방은 생각보다 넓고 특히 욕실이 있어요! 에어컨도 빵빵하고 시설도 다 너무 깨끗해서 추천할만한 가치가 있어요~ 아침 식사는 매우 편안합니다. 7-10 포인트는 풍부하지 않지만 소시지 / 베이컨 / 스크램블 에그 / 크로와상 / 커피, 특히 정원에서 종소리를들을 수 있으며 사진은 매우 좋습니다. 호텔 근처에 많은 작은 상점이 있으며 가격은 15-1000 유럽에서 다양하며 멋진 옷을 발견하게되어 매우 기쁩니다. 문 앞에 맛있는 피자가 있으며 가격은 공정하고 위생적입니다. 다음날 아침을 먹고 짐을 보관한 후 케이블카를 타고 산을 걸어갔습니다. 경치가 좋았고 웅장한 대성당이있었습니다. 전반적으로 베르가모는 방문할만한 가치가 있습니다!

We made a stop after flying to see the opera in Verona, the hotel is lovely for a 2 stars, the staff mostly good as well. the lovely young lady at reception was amazing and accommodating. The food was hit and miss 2 night we ate really well the third night nit great I sent my FAKE crab back and ordered a pizza Margherita instead that was really underwhelming .. I ate is as I was hungry, the young waiter was a little useless compare to the others we had before which where great, was also a little rude making excuses that he was tired😑.. overall a great stay, the water and fake crab cost then a full mark.

The Arli Hotel has an unprepossessing exterior on a busy commercial street but is very conveniently located - a short walk from the train station, or to the funicular to the old city, Citta Vecchia, and the downtown shopping and strolling streets. Inside, it is clean, efficient, and well laid-out with a helpful and friendly front desk staff. Our room was likewise very clean, with very comfortable bed, good lighting, useful shelf space and furnishings, simple modern decor, and a decent-sized and fine bathroom. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. We were entirely happy with our stay here.
