Piajo Relax Hotel

I was recommended by the staff on the phone to go Sunday or Monday, for a quieter stay and less crowd, it's low season anyway. I went the next Monday for 1 night then: Spa Trea**ents were fully booked for the day and day after. Staff told me they were booked since long time so they were aware the day before when I spoke to reception but did not mention, nor sent any email to inform me about the unavailability. Room is a failure! (Standard), many brown bugs walking around, no kettle, broken hairdryer, broken temperature control, no soap for intimate ( but you have shower gel), fake plastic flowers (terrible) , Sleepless night. I had to call reception at 4am as I was having a sauna while sleeping and they confirmed room was at 25C so they turned the heather off from remote. Not what you expect for a 100++ euro per night and 4 star hotel, oops sorry, a Relax Hotel. Restaurant was struggling to find me a place for lunch. For dinner, the dish I ordered was not available as the main ingredient was over, then I decided to leave and look for another place to eat and magically the dish and the ingredient were back available in the kitchen. I left anyway and found a super local nice place nearby. I shared my opinion with the staff and director at check out, seems like they are not trained on how to deal with customer bad reviews and find a solution. Answer is always: oh I am so sorry, director said he will make sure I will have a better experience NEXT time! Why should I spend my time at Piajo next time? He offered me to stay a bit longer and he would check (again!!) if I can have a trea**ent in the afternoon. After checking all day before how could magically find a slot now? I had already made plans by then since hopeless so that was not an option for me. The receptionist Alessandra, was nice enough to understand the situation (apparently only she did) and offered me a coffee as a kind gesture which I appreciated. I think it is crucial to pick the right place when you look for relaxing time for yourself. Leaving more stressed after a sleepless night surrounded by bugs is not an option. I wish I read the bad reviews here in Tripadvisor before, as they totally reflect my experience. Both hotel and spa (which has a separate cost) are overpriced for what they offer and the management of the service. especially compared to much better places in the surroundings (e.g. QC). Lovely hotel I would recommend it! Great views, tasty breakfast & friendly staff. We stayed in Room 209 - Deluxe Double with balcony. Bathroom - Shower, w/c & bidet Room - king or queen bed with a sofa chair, fridge. Fancy ceiling really liked that feature & the glass balustrade on the balcony. Staff member Ellisabetta from Breakfast in Aroma was very welcoming, nice lady. Spa was an additional €40 per person (if I recall right) has to be booked, you get a 3hour slot. Heated indoor swimming pool with a transition door leading to outside great feature. Facilities was good! Very relaxing. We rented a car to get about which worked well for the location, free on-site parking.

Great resort I highly recommend We stayed only for one night Great food and attention at the restaurant On a negative note we were a bit surprised to be asked to pay 45euros for late check out when obviously the hotel was not fully booked- that could have been avoided by hey..

Excellent and Marvellous on everything: clean at top level, no noise, no stress, fabulous dinner, desserts too, spa very enjoyable all running good, zen secret garden too all around. Peaceful site. Service at top level all staff people demonstrating care of you. Breakfast Excellent (with juice from Trentino in bottle as well yogurt. Buffet all clean) resort is truly amazing. we will be there again for sure!!!!!!

we stayed 2 nights ... great service and good staff the accommodation was very nice parking is very practical on our arrival we ate at the restaurant the food was very tasty the beef tartare with its redfruit ice-cream was incredible the air tiramisu as well

This was a 6 girls weekend getaway at this beautiful location with stunning views, very well maintained gardens and a great spa area. The idea was to enjoy the spa and pool which has an additional cost of 50€ per person for 3 hours. We had the 1:30-4:30 slot. We wanted to grab a quick bite to eat before the spa but were given wrong information at the reception stating that they had a restaurant but no bar or place for a quick sandwich. This obviously delayed our entrance to the spa and they did absolutely nothing about this. At the checkout, we mentioned this mistake to Giovanna from reception as a way of feedback for future clients. Giovanna ended up putting the blame on a 15 year old intern and took no responsibility for what happened. We never got an apology...I cannot begin to explain her rude reaction, defensiveness and accusatory attitude. I have never seen anyone in hospitality behave this way. I think management should be careful of who they allow to work directly with clients, especially if they don't have customer service training and think that staring and altercation with a client is acceptable. Giovanna's attitude was absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. Fortunately we didn't let her poor behavior ruin our wonderful retreat. Hopefully this comment will serve for staff to take accountability and not only to write a comment attacking the clients that chose their facility.

The worst hotel experience ever! Had reservations for 22-23 with emails requesting transportation pickup at 1am. All in writing. They never came to pick us up and stated “we thought you were arriving on Sunday at 1am. That would be the 23rd. We finally paid an Uber and arrived there at 4am because of the difficulty trying to hail a cab or ride. We get to hotel and the only clerk there states we must check out at 10:30am. I said our reservation is until Sunday the 23rd. He refused to acknowledge their mistake and demanded we leave at 10:30. We asked for manager. There was absolutely nobody there to assist except this rude unprofessional individual named Nickolas. He changed the reservation date without our consent and never even offered a fee for early arrival. It was 4am!!! His arrogance got a hold of him with 2 ladies that were exhausted completely confused at the mistake the hotel made on 2 parts. Leaving us stranded and kicking us out on the 22nd when I had reservations for the 22-23. All of this is in writing and the manager had the nerve to email finally telling me “they were nice enough to let us stay till 1:30 without the 40€ charge!!! This is a disgrace of any company or even human nature. Disgusting!!! Shame on you managers for not delving deeper and resolving the situation properly. Its all in writing that you messed up.

So they asked fo an extra 40 euro each to use the spa on the phone which we thought was steep ( no mention on booking .con , as we arrived 40 became 50 . We need 100 euros for you to swim .. no thanks !! Room is ok but sorry that’s a scam

Kan man stole på dem ??? Havde bestilt via internet (mail)med kreditkort oplysning. Modtager en mail 1 time senere, at værelserne var udlejet til anden side Så pas på I am sorry to inform you that as any room was booked in the meanwhile you answered the rooms available have been sold If you’d like we could check the availability for another period, Kind regards
