度假的好去處，酒店地處森林公園，很安靜

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They upgraded us to a another room. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful. The restaurant had many dining options for snacking and dinner. The food was delicious

Staff were accommodating and pleasant. Food was average to poor. Tap water cost $6 Canadian for a small pitcher.

clean, simple, with parking place for free. We just stayed for the night. Nice and rich breackfast

Hotel is isolated in a forests area and is a very nice hotel. Room standard was excellent and we’re looking forward to a good stay. However what developed was so disappointing. Hotel receptionist was abrupt and very customer unfriendly. We tried to order room service and were told abruptly it was not available despite being advertised. I managed to persuade someone to deliver our food by asking a member of staff directly. Food was of good quality but not what we ordered Worst aspect was the air conditioning unit automatically coming on every four hours at full blast and loud noise. It woke us at 11pm, 3pm and 7am and I tried to get it to turn off using the remote which had no instructions. We asked the manager to ensure it was completely stitched off the next night which he said he would. Inevitably it came on again the next night at the same times. When we complained no one cared at all and it is obviously this hotel has no one who understands their own aircon system. We paid for an executive suite yet received truly awful customer service and two bad nights sleep. Such a shame that a good hotel with good rooms destroyed our stay with bad attitudes and uncontrolled equipment. I won’t be back and suggest you avoid

My husband and I stayed in this hotel 3 nights in May 2022. I observed some attitudes from the hotel's restaurant staff. One night we decided to eat at the hotel's restaurant. When we entered the restaurant, we saw 4 staff chatting together. They carried on chatting and ignored us. This carried on 10 minutes! Meanwhile, we waited. My husband then very politely tried to get one of the staff's attention but was totally ignored! She only looked up when she was good and ready. What usually happens is they'll say, "ik kom eraan". We'd have been happy to grant it. Once we were seated, one of the waiters went to another table who were seated after us. When the same waiter finally "saw" us, my husband asked to look at the menu first. His demeanor changed and said, "oh, you don't want any drinks," said "good" and just walked away!!! Only minutes later the leader of the wait staff came by with all the menus. What is it with the restaurant staff's attitude? The other staff were efficient and friendly though. Their rooms have different layouts. All are spacious but there are different layouts. Behind the hotel are woods with wonderful trails for long and short walks. This is a big group of hotels throughout The Netherlands
