킹스톤 컨트리 코트야드(Kingston Country Courtyard)

Average and a bit overpriced. A convenient location, but for £240 for one night we could have had two luxury rooms in a hotel. Breakfast was nice. Not easy walking to nearest places to eat and did not think much of the dinner menu, so drove to Swanage to eat. Room clean, site could have been cleaner, every single ashtray around the place was full and the overall site could do with a good jet washing to freshen it up and make the outside look as if it is cared for. Overall, ok, comfortable but by no means Luxury.

Kingston Country Courtyard was exactly that a courtyard in the country. Friendly courteous team that made you feel you could ask for anything and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely romantic get away, images of Corfe Castle in the distance were mesmerising from clear one day to crowning in the early morning mist.

What a beautiful setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, our room was stunning and spotlessly clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We were dissapointed with our evening meal, however the breakfast was excellent. We will definitely return for a longer visit.

A reasonable stay, which is likely much more beautiful in the summer. We stayed for 1 night on a voucher received as a gift. This hotel is a fair jaunt to travel too, with a remote location and mainly A roads nearby so will take you a while to get here from most locations. It is signposted and quite easy to find. The views are lovely, with views across to Bournemouth and down towards Castle Corfe. Views of the sea are possible in some rooms. Sadly, we stayed during poor weather, so couldn't ensure the locational benefits other visitor profiles offer. Unfortunately, out of season the quality was not really there. On arrival, it took 10 minutes for someone to realise we had arrived and took us venturing onto the restaurant kitchen to raise someones attention. The room was very good, very roomy with good views and high asthetically pleasing country themed wooden beams. The bathroom had a huge bath, however only a basic sink and mirror. We utlised the restaurant in the evening (there are few other options, with little options nearby). The food was ok but very heavy and a little lacking in flavour and presentation skill. This pushes a 4 star theme with locally sourced ingriedients, but did not meet expectations on this occasion. Breakfast is reasonably basic, with table service cooked food options but was again missing on the quality. A decent stay, likely stick to the summer months though.

We recently had our wedding reception at Kingston Country Courtyard with many of our friends and family staying over the weekend as well. I honestly could fault any of it. They were the perfect hosts and the whole wedding day and weekend were amazing. The grounds and venue are stunning and in a perfect location with fantastic views. The barn which help the reception is beautiful with plenty of space. The food was incredible. The rooms are comfortable with good facilities. All of our guests said how great everything was. But we have to praise the staff the most. From our first viewing of the venue to us checking out they have been brilliant. Customer service was second to none and they are so friendly and helpful. Friendly staff very welcoming, great home cooked food, continental and full English breakfast, go out of their way to help with food allergy, intolerances. Lovely rooms and dogs very welcome. Located very close to swanage with lots of local walks. Will definitely stay again.

We love this place, did a night here last October and decided to go back in February this year for three nights. The whole place is incredible, the rooms are very good and quite quirky. I have to mention the staff from owner Tony, GM Claire, Laura, Jasmine, Charlie and a couple of waitresses, I didn’t manage to get their names, and the chefs all were very good and so pleasant. We will be going back, thanks everyone

We stayed here for three nights in a forest view suite. The bed was huge and so comfortable. The quality of the food and the level of service were fantastic, there was enough variety to eat here every night and the breakfasts were delicious. The management and staff were so friendly, we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. We would definitely stay again.

Very welcoming and friendly. Comfortable room with separate living area. Perfect for us with our small 🐕 - he was made very welcome too. Great food, great service. Thanks to Tony and team for a most enjoyable stay. The Etches Collection at Kimmeridge, a short drive away, is really worth a visit.
