컴포트 스위트 벤턴 하버 - 세인트 조셉(Comfort Suites Benton Harbor - St. Joseph)

이 마지막 호텔은 실망스러웠습니다. 도착하자마자 정문 바로 앞에서 자동차 엔진을 수리하고 있는 남자가 있었습니다. 그에게는 도구와 부품이 흩어져 있었습니다. 차가 달리지 않더라도 옆으로 옮겨졌어야 했어요. 나는 온수 욕조가 있는 호텔을 원했습니다. 도착해보니 유지보수로 인해 한동안 서비스를 중단했다고 들었습니다. 객실은 구식이고 낡았습니다(옷장 문 없음, 녹슨 샤워 손잡이, 깨진 가구, 끈적한 호텔 방 문 등). 내 침대 위에는 동전 크기의 벌레 2마리가 기어다니고 있었고, 천장과 벽 사이에는 죽은 벌레가 있었습니다. **********의 평점을 바탕으로 이 호텔을 예약했습니다. 이 예약에서 나가려고 했으나 **********님에게 30분간 전화를 걸어도 아무것도 해결되지 않았습니다. 방금 **********를 사용하기 시작했는데 이것이 제가 예약한 두 번째 숙소인데, 제가 속아서 좋은 숙소라고 생각했습니다. 나는 또한 이 호텔에 대해 내가 지불해야 하는 것보다 훨씬 더 많은 비용을 지불했습니다. 나는 그들의 요금이 67달러라는 것을 알고 충격을 받았습니다. 나는 100달러 이상을 지불했고 결코 이와 같은 저렴한 호텔을 예약하지 않았을 것입니다. 그래서 나는 값싼 호텔의 잘못을 비난하기보다는 허위 진술에 대해 **********를 비난합니다.

There was quite a lot wrong with this stay and our room in particular. Firstly--this place is in desperate need of an upgrade. Not only is it dated but many things in the room itself needed to be fixed or replaced. -The room: There were big spots on the bathroom door and the weird little "room dividing" wall that had clearly been damaged and poorly patched. The dresser where the TV was had a huge chunk of the bottom of it torn off. -The window: pretty sure you're not supposed to be able to open the window and climb out because there's no screen or ANY safety implement in place (did I mention we were on the third floor?) That and there were bugs (like box elder and gnats etc) all over the windowsill due to it not being a sealed window. There was also ant repellant powder just sitting in the corner of the window (a child could have easily found it). -The bed: while comfortable, there were numerous stains on the sheets and blankets. -The bathroom: the showerhead was barely attached, and incorrectly at that, and the cover to the tissue box by the sink was broken off and just laying under the sink. -The noise: you could hear EVERYTHING that was going on outside the room. Unfortunately some man next door was ill or something, coughing and vomiting could be heard all night, as well as another man screaming in the hallway late at night and pretty much every conversation outside the door. All in all, not a great stay. DEFINITELY not worth the price.

Shower was horrible pressure, broken parts of shower, smelled like urine light bulb was blown, never got serviced, beds r hard to sleep on, fridge made noises all night long

When we check in got into our room there were dead flies on the window sill and live flies flying around. They moved us to another room and it was the same thing with the flies. The screen was ripped and they left the window open. The door wasn’t working to get into our room so the front desk had to let us in until they finally fixed it and will never again stay there.

Sorry to say room was not cleaned. Breakfast was mediocre. Cold coffee and not much choices of food.

Food was cold. Room and dining area were dirty. Another guest saw a cockroach in her room.

The room was filthy. There were stains on the comforter and popcorn kernels in the bed. There was also grass and dirt all over the couch. And the refrigerator didn’t work. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t do that, but they also were not able to give me a different room. It was horrible.

All our linens were dirty with big stains, closet door hard to open, bathroom door sticks, no screen in window and no pool onsite

Not the cleanest hotel room I've stayed in, however the size of the room was much bigger than I expected! Our comforters seemed a bit dirty, and our bathroom had lights out and was missing a light fixture. Both mornings we tried to have breakfast, but even over an hour before the end of the breakfast time, there was no food available. Otherwise a decent stay without any frills.
