말문이 막힌다는 말 밖에 할 수 없습니다. 예약한 호텔에는 서면 시간도 없었고, 그 시간 전에 자동 취소되었습니다. 아직 세관 통과 중이라 물어보는 사람도 없었습니다. 주문이 직접 취소되었습니다. 그 사람은 아직 세관 통과 중인데 확인 전화가 왔고, 불가능한 일정은 모두 취소해 줬는데, 항공권이 다 낭비됐다니 정말 할 말이 없습니다.

아침 식사는 꽤 좋았습니다

호텔에 수건이 없고 전화를 받는 사람이 아무도 없습니다. 끔찍한 고객 서비스 그들이 말하는 모든 일이 일어나지 않았습니다. 오랫동안 작동하지 않은 세탁을 약속했는데, 숙박 기간 중 최악이었습니다. 머리가 있어요 그리고 더 나쁜 것은 공항에서 호텔까지 우리를 데려다주고 거기에서 내려주겠다고 약속한 일이 전혀 일어나지 않았다는 것입니다.

칸쿤에 도착하고 비행기를 다시 타기에 완벽합니다. 넓은 객실과 매우 편안한 침대를 갖춘 현대적인 호텔입니다.

Bastante básico y nada especial... La única ventaja es la ubicación muy cerca del Aeropuerto.... La peor parte fue cuando el disque encargado de servicios se puso a discutir conmigo (huésped) por no querer regalarme un agua embotellada... Vaya que míseros la vdd, en cualquier parte del mundo te regalan agua para beber sin tanto drama!!!

Buena ubicación

공항과 가까워서 여기서 하룻밤을 예약했는데, 우리는 그들이 제공한 공항에서 호텔까지의 교통편을 요청하기 위해 미리 전화했습니다. 항공편 및 예약 정보를 제공했습니다. 착륙한 후에는 앱을 통해 운전자와 소통해야 한다는 말을 들었습니다. 우리는 우리가 도착했다는 것을 운전자에게 전달했고 그들은 특정 위치에서 기다리고 있다고 말했습니다. 25분 정도 기다렸는데 아무런 연락이 없었습니다. 호텔에 전화했더니 밴이 고장 났다고 하더군요. 우리는 교통편을 찾았고 그들이 우리를 공항으로 다시 데려다 줄 수 있는지 물었습니다. 그들은 다음날 아침 밴이 잘 작동하고 있다고 아직 거절했습니다. 직원은 무례하고 전문적이지 않습니다. 여기에 머물지 마십시오. 아침 식사는 형편없습니다. 포함된 것으로 추정되는 것은 아무것도 제공되지 않았습니다. 다시 머물지 않을 것입니다.

The hallways of the hotel were a bit destroyed, I didn't like that the bathroom in the room couldn't be closed and that the only window that the room had couldn't be opened since there was some humidity inside.

Hotel is simple. You have to ask for towels at reception. They should offer you towels before you head to your room. They lock them up.

Once we checked in it took 3 attempts back and forth to get into a room. Maintenance people couldn’t even get in the room. Once we got into a new room we had no towels. Had to wait for towels to be delivered.

The only reason we booked this hotel was because ******* over booked our previous stay, so it was last minute. Although the hotel looks nice in pictures and very welcoming I can testify that is about the only nice thing about this place. We had to ask for our rooms to be cleaned everyday and new towels. the tv was not working properly, the breakfast is technically NOT free and the food has no taste. The only options you have for free breakfast are mediocre. What I will say is majority of the staff are nice, but the place needs a WHOLE NEW management team. The only thing that is saving this place is the fact that is is directly across from an outlet so there are food options and if you are comfortable you can use uber, but be aware of the desperate taxi drivers. This hotel is only good for a one or two night stay to be close to the airport not for your entire stay.

Continental beakfast with additional charge for the buffet of eggs, etc seemed cheap. 6-9 am time for breakfast seemed also non standard. No towels in the room and no sheets for the sofa bed. During breakfast at different points they ran out of plates, forks, etc. Holiday season so I sympathize how the the staff had to struggle with so many clients But the management needs to simply put the resources and staff to keep the quality at a level associated with the Marriot Brand. Right now it is not even close.
