Hotel Don Pancho - Designed for Adults

We were welcomed with open arms by hotel reception staff. Excellent accommodation, was on 17th floor in superior room. Always great food choices I restaurant. Pool although heated, just tepid which is great when you want to cool off. Staff can’t do enough for you to make your stay with them the best. Would highly recommend

We have stayed in many hotels in Benidorm but this one is definitely our favourite. The whole holiday from start to finish was just perfect it was my birthday on the day I arrived and the staff all wished me a happy birthday and I had a bottle of bubbly and sweets and a card sent to my room. Also the evening of my birthday I had another bottle of wine WOW the food is really good and the different ice cream flavours yummy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone thank you again DON PANCHO for a wonderful holiday

Hotel is in the ideal location for beach and bars & entertainment if you want to venture out, we didn’t as the Hotel entertainment was fine with us. We were on the 10th floor so had a view of sea we didn’t have an issue with the lifts but it was March. Food was good plenty of choice and the Hotel itself was very clean with lovely furnishings. Will definitely return when we back in Benidorm

Excellent hotel, Don Pancho delivers a very high standard in all areas of Hotel and the staff are a credit to this hotel and a pleasure to have met. We stayed half board and a big shout out to the fabulous catering depar**ent the food is delicious never heard one complaint! We stayed in a standard room with beautiful balcony (all rooms have sea views) and the most comfy adjustable sun chairs with footstools. I can’t comment on entertainment as we didn’t attend any but there is lots on each night. Hotel is minute walk from beach and not in noisy area this is a very relaxing and luxurious hotel. We stayed on floor 10 and found no problems using the lifts obviously they will be busier at peak times as you would expect. If you want to stay in the best of Benidorm book Don Pancho I wish I was back.

Arguably Don Pancho is the best hotel in Benidorm. We came here for the first time last year for 4 weeks and we enjoyed our stay so much we decided to come for Xmas and New Year - we have not been disappointed, the food on Xmas Day and New Years Eve was exceptional - with a complimentary glass of bubbly on entering the dining room followed by complimentary wine with our meal, also the evening shows included free drinks all evening. The cleanliness is very high standard and all the staff could not be more pleasant and helpful. The majority of guests are frequent visitors which speaks for itself. We will definitely be back next year.

This is our third stay at the Don Pancho in 2023. It's the best hotel we've ever stayed at. Consequently we rebooked three times in 2024. The staff, the food, the rooms and the entertainment are wonderful. I honestly can't fault anything at all. All rooms are facing the sea and are kept immaculately clean. I've never stayed in such a clean hotel in my life. The Don Pancho is the best in Benidorm so do come and enjoy a fabulous stay. You won't be disappointed.

A holiday from first presenting at reception to begrudgingly leaving. The staff are very informative and friendly and the hotel foyer is spectacular. The rooms are spacious and meticulously clean. The ambience in the hotel leads to a lovely stay. Food is great in dining room. The entertainment is pretty good so no need to venture further unless you want to. Centrally located. We will return.

Fantastic food, excellent location and great entertainment. Such a great choice of food, something for everyone. They even make your Owen choice of omelettes, for breakfast as well as having Warburtons crumpets for breakfast if that’s what you like. The bedrooms are comfortable and have a small mini fridge. If you want a sea view ask for higher floor.

Visited the Don Pancho for the 11th time in Feb...Got the floor we asked for and my Bros.and his mrs was along the corridor...Room was cleaned to a high standard and linen changed everyday....Food was still a bit repetitive but tasted okay..The chefs could maybe bake some nice sponges/tarts to go with the custard for a change instead of crumble ...The entertainment lounge was busy every night with some good acts on...they seemed short of at least one waiter as sometimes had to wait ages to get served drinks....Snacks by the pool were value for money but did not like seeing the waitress running about as understaffed there too..Could be a safety problem there if she fell...Glad to see proper chips in the main restaurant again...All in all we had a great Holiday...See you back in Nov..
