The hotel was clean and the staff were very good, the only thing that spoiled it was the food. There was a good variety but the scrambled egg, sausages and bacon wasnt very nice, on the other hand the desserts were very nice. The cleaners were very good, I enjoyed the use kf the sauna too.

Great hotel clean in all areas with all staff friendly and super efficient. Naiomo in the outside bar never stopped working with a smile. Evening entertainment was good. Food in the restaurant was delicious so much choice. Going AI is definitely the way to go. Rooms are very spacious and large with balcony. We had a great stay there. Thank you

Just amazing from check in to check out, massive shout out to Lilly on reception , nothing too much trouble even helping with jewellery due to long nails. You won’t go hungry , so much choice even for me very fussy eater, rooms very big & clean ,on 18th floor great views

We have stayed at this hotel many times before and had great experiences. This time however we had a few issues: we requested a high floor but didn't get one,the room was far too hot because the aircon wasn't on, the towels are threadbare and need replacing. The staff were great as usual, plenty of choice for food at the main meals the breakfast not so good sausages and bacon poor quality.

Honestly this hotel is no way 4*.. nothing special… the pool areas are noisy and loud with bad language been used frequently, which obviously the hotel has no control over, but it gives you an indication of the type of people that come here. The drinks are dreadful and watered down and you have to pay extra for premium drinks, which to be fair, you shouldn’t have to. Very misleading also, is the roof top bar, which is lovely, but yet again all drinks are to be paid for regardless of whether you are all inclusive. The “restaurant “ is like more like a canteen… SO dissatisfied and disappointed with the whole experience, would definitely not be returning… 2* if that!

Lovely hotel, clean spacious rooms, comfy beds and a fab shower and the food was good on all inclusive. Not sure why some reviews say the food isn't good as there were plenty of dishes to choose from, which were hot and tasty and items cooked fresh on the grill. Desserts were a bit hit and miss, but there was always fruit and ice cream available. Even pizza as snacks when the main meals were over though we didn't try them. I wasn't keen on the cocktails as these were all too sweet which is generally par for the course but you could get Gordons gin and tonic which I stuck to and the Radlers lemon beer was very refreshing. 3 pools to choose from and plenty of sunloungers and places to sit. The hotel is in a good spot, old and new towns within easy walking distance. Only thing that spoilt it was rude inconsiderate guests but that is not the hotels fault.

Stayed for five nights in the Easter holidays. Beautiful hotel, rooms are exceptional with lots of room for bedroom, seating area and kitchen. They even had Sun lounges on the balcony. The hotel is clean and staff are polite. Food is delicious, so much choice. I love fish so great to see there were fish options at both lunch and dinner. Great paella and patatas bravas. We went all inclusive and this included lovely cocktails. During the day while sitting around the the pool they have a self service bar for beer and soft drinks. It's a 5 minute walk down to the bars and about 15 minutes to the old town. My only negative the all inclusive stops at midday on your day of departure so we had to go out of the hotel to find lunch. However we had a great time and would be happy to stay here again.

To start this is definitely not a 4 star hotel compared to what we have stayed in before. The hotel itself is nice and clean but the all inclusive is not good at all. The food was awful and we are not fussy eaters. Thank god for ham and bread rolls. The all inclusive drinks were non alcoholic in my opinion or very watered down. The mixers were flat and you didn’t even get proper juice and beer not great. Room was lovely and big and it was cleaned daily But the shower smelt of sewage every time we used it. Swimming pool area nice and lots of sun beds but the self service bar was a bit of a disappoin**ent. For a 4 star hotel I was expecting a bit more of a service from staff. Nightly entertainment was ok mainly singers singing the same old songs. Not too far from the beach and main ***** so that was a bonus. I would not return to this hotel based on the food and drink quality.
