Gran Hotel Bali

La ubicación si buscas playa y tranquilidad es perfecta, pero si buscas el jaleo de la fiesta y demás, ya estamos hablando de unos 3 km del hotel. La única pega que le pondría es la comida, poca variedad para un hotel 4 estrellas. Eso sí, las vistas y el ascensor panorámico espectaculares! Pdt: mejorar el tema de la comida porfavor; también aprovechar esas mesas que tenéis para poner más variedad de comida y no repetir la misma comida por cada lado del buffet.

Todo de 10 me gusto mucho este hotel y su personal muy amable,la piscina y los mojitos de mi favoritos, la cama muy cómoda, la ducha súper amplia, todo genial volvería mil veces 😁

Servicio magnífico igual que las instalaciones, la comida, mejorable algún mediodía, pero buenísima, y atención siempre genial en recepción, y esperando volver el año próximo. Única petición, más jabón y champú en el baño.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo en este hotel y por supuesto, en Benidorm. Aunque ya lo conocíamos, nunca deja de sorprendernos. El hotel muy agradable, aunque nos hubiera gustado estar en una planta más alta y con mejores vistas. A ver si la próxima vez lo conseguimos, ya que me gustaría volver. El buffet del desayuno nos ha parecido muy variado y abundante. En fin, una estancia con todo lo esperado y más.

Great hotel with all the facilities you will need for a relaxing stay and if you want more the bus into the old town goes from outside and you can stroll around the tapas bars, he complaint I heard the most was the food was only warm because of safety but use the microwave and you get hot

Arrived about 10ish VERY impressive hotel, lovely and clean, everything sign posted. Checked in promptly by the lovely friendly informative receptionist. Loads of lifts so no waiting, the glass lifts are Brill! Rooms are as described on website, I found bed comfy so had lovely sleeps. The shower is the best I've had abroad. Had a little problem with safe and the lovely Pedro sorted us straightaway Veiws are out of this world, we was floor 22 amazing! We went to Sky Bar to WOW. All inclusive drinks were served in Glass and were very large measures.. Perfect! The bar people were all lovely and friendly. Food was lovely no complaints at all.. the chorizo sausage was delicious. There are 2 restaurants to choose from also separate restaurant in day for snacks. The whole complex outside is very impressive, loads of room and sunbeds, several pools to choose from, children's play area, even a 1300 room to get married in Beach just down the hill, promenade all way to old town and Benidorm that we walked most days. We loved our time here so ignore the negative reviews, will definitely come back soon. P.S Thank you for the lovely Birthday card and chocolates for my partner it's a lovely touch. Where do I start.... This hotel is NOT worth staying at! We arrived on Tuesday 21st May around 11am. After queuing for about 45 minutes, we were told we could not check in until 4pm even though everyone else who had arrived with us checked in straight away. We were just sat around the hotel waiting so thought we would order some food from the Island Bar. When walking into the Island bar, every table had dirty plates and glasses on that had not been cleared away and we were told by the 1 member of staff that was serving, that they had no cook and we had to wait for him to arrive. When he did finally arrive the food that we had ordered was clearly frozen chips and pizza from the supermarket. The chips were a pale yellow colour and still hard in the middle. Disgusting! We decided to get a taxi into the old town for dinner as we were quickly realising the quality of food and service was poor. The next day we went down for breakfast. If your expecting a good variety of breakfast your going to be in for a shock. The oranges were rotten in the bowl, the yogurts were shop bought and the main selection of food was a full English. We then went to go out to the pool area and all of the doors were LOCKED. You cannot go outside until 10am as they are cleaning the pool so if you are an early riser, you have to sit inside the lobby which is practically a green house. We met two old ladies while waiting for the doors to open and they had told us that they were all inclusive but WATER is NOT included in all inclusive and they have to BUY WATER!!!! I have never heard of water not being included and I think it is absolutely disgusting! When finally being let outside some of the loungers were clearly years old and not in a good state, the toilets by the pool were VILE with handles hanging of the toilet doors, Dirty tiles and dirty toilets. They have 2 viewing lifts which are on the outside of the building and they are glass. They had broke down on the 19th floor with people inside. The doors had to be prised open and the people had to jump out of them. The lifts stayed broken for the rest of the week. There is no children's entertainment in the day or evening. Just adult entertainment that children can watch. Directly around the hotel there are a couple of kebab places but they look disgusting and there is nothing around by the beach! There is a Mercadonna supermarket opposite which came in handy for water. I have to think of some positives and I would say there are a couple... The bus stop is right outside, the number 2 and 3 take you right into Benidorm Old town and New. There is also taxi's right outside which for around 7euros you can go straight to old town harbour and the bed was quite comfy even though the rooms are dated. It is very clear that they are running this hotel on MINAMIL staff!!! You shouldn't have to queue for over 45 minutes at reception, over half an hour to get a drink! They had 2 members of staff on reception the whole time we were there and
