Buena relación calidad-precio, destacar la amabilidad y simpatía del personal, buena zona aunque un poco difícil aparcar. Las camas muy buenas pero se oía un ruido de las chapas del techo de la terraza tanto en mi habitación como en la de mis padres. La comida muy buena aunque las bebidas no están incluidas ni siquiera el agua.

I'm not sure what people expect and everyone has differing opinions. But you get a nice clean friendly hotel. The food is fine you will never go hungry just a bit of imagination needed to find things you like if you want fine dining it's not for you if you want food to fuel your holiday it's a big fat yes I would stop again....The bar is good and bar staff friendly and approachable I would stay again (but would avoid the ***** like the plague 😃)

Quiet area, hotel is clean and rooms are comfortable. Nice little pool area. Less than 10 min walk to the old town. The food let's this hotel down. Stayed for 5 nights but ate out for 3 of them. Breakfast choice poor and evening meal even worse. Drinks prices in the bar are reasonable. Staff are very friendly.

Excellent hotel, in a good location for the old town. The staff were the highlight and Pepe behind the bar gave exceptional service. The food in restaurant was good and the 5 euro bottle of wine was great value and being able to leave any not drunk for the following night was superb customer service.

Went to Prince park for my 40th Birthday with friends. We all couldn't have had better service. All staff very friendly and bar staff were amazing with everyone. All of us said how clean the hotel was. Thank you for a fabulous holiday that you made extra special. I would definitely stay again.

Reception, cleaning & bar staff all lovely and friendly. I asked for a high room with walk in shower and that's exactly what we got. Room 717 on the 7th floor was modern and clean apart from shower grouting could do with a good bleach. The shower was lovely and powerful. Small free sachets of shampoo, soap and shower gel. Hair dryer provided in the bathroom. Small fridge but you had to pay for it so we didn't bother. Lovely balcony with table 2 chairs and a clothes airer with a view of the lovely park. Plenty of wardrobe space and two large single comfy beds pushed together. Free WiFi but rubbish English tv. Walls are thin so I could hear the man next door snoring all night Lift yes is slow and small but we live in flats so are use to it. We didn't use the small pool or watch any entertainment. We are not fussy eaters so enjoyed the food but I think it would be boring over a longer holiday. The bus stop in to the ***** is only 5mins round the corner. We enjoyed trips to Denia, Altea, Villajoyosa and El Campello on the cheap tram thats 10mins away. Big super market across the road came in handy for snacks, cheap alcohol & bottled water. We enjoyed our stay and probably would return. It was better than expected after reading reviews
