베날마 호텔 코스타 델 솔(Hotel Benalma Costa del Sol)

체크인 과정 전체가 매우 불쾌했습니다. 방을 얻기까지 협상하는 데 한 시간이 걸렸습니다. 프론트 데스크 직원은 전체 과정에서 무례하고 무례했습니다. 호텔이 길가에 바로 있습니다. 매우 크고 i-car를 운전하지 않으면 접근하기 어렵습니다. 주차장의 여러 층이 비어 있습니다. 유료이지만 이용하지 않는 사람들이 많습니다. 무료 주차장에 주차하세요. 호텔 주변 공간. 호텔은 매우 규모가 크며 건물 3개와 미니 수영장은 1개만 있습니다. 운영 시간은 19:00입니다.

非常好。就是隔音有點差。

This is our second visit. The staff are excellent and the room was very comfortable with everything we needed. The staff responded quickly to any request we made. We opted for half board and the food was very good with plenty of variety to choose from. The main swimming pool was closed at this time so we tended to stay around the bar area by the smaller pool. Both the sea and the swimming pool were very cold but it was still possible to have a quick dip.

The property is absolutely astonishing. Being right on the water with the mountains behind us was a dream come true. The staff provided top notch customer service and I never encountered anyone who was unwilling to help or offer tourist tips! The food in the all-inclusive buffet was way above expectations and we very much appreciated that the menu rotated daily. We had a small issue with the air conditioning after checking in, and it was resolved the same morning. The hotel and surrounding area is so clean it’s shocking. The only disappointing aspects we faced was that the fitness/sauna rooms were closed on our last day; we only had one dining option even though we paid for all-inclusive and expected both restaurants to be open; the hot tubs on the rooftop were colder than the pools; and the big pool was closed one day which severely limited space to lay out as chairs on the beach had to be purchased. All in all, we will definitely come back, hopefully when everything is fully functioning! Thank you to the staff and everyone who played a part in making this trip unforgettable!

Hotel was in a lovely quiet location. All rooms overlooked the sea and had beautiful sunsets. Breakfast was amazing - so much choice and everything was piping hot. Lovely rooftop Bali beds and cool tubs as opposed to hot tubs! Pools were freezing too!

Staff friendly, Location fine. No al a carte menu available. Plenty of choice for breakfast. all together a nice place for a holiday break

Can’t rate this hotel high enough, we went as a group of 12 family and friends and from start to finish the hotel exceeded every thing from sorting 1 of our group that needed gluten free to the room for 1 room for a 92 gentleman who needed a walk in shower and near to the lifts This was all sorted before we arrived, once we arrived at downtown Nero time we always had a group table for 12 and the food was always excellent The staff can’t do enough for you in the hotel from the bar staff at the pool to the service in the restaurants to the staff at the nex rooftop cocktail bar We all will be going back even though you are a fair way from benamadena you have everything you need at the hotel as we were on the all inclusive deal

A group of 7 guys staying for 3 nights Sep 2023. Having read mixed reviews I went with an open mind. This is a great hotel, we were placed on the top floor in rooms next to each other, the views were fantastic, a bottle of bubbles to welcome us, and the room was modern, spacious, clean. The beds and pillows were really comfy. The beach and pool areas were great. And the service at the beach bar was fun and friendly with a great selection of beers, wine, spirits and cocktails and snacks included in our All Inclusive package. The other bars at the hotel were also nice areas to hang out. The buffet restaurant provided a great breakfast range, including made to order omelettes. The only downside was the coffee! We only ate once at the hotel buffet in the evenings, as we wanted to get out and about and enjoy local restaurants too, the buffet was fine. Big thanks to all the staff across the whole hotel from reception, cleaning team, catering and bar.
