리조트 같은 괜찮은 호텔. 스파 이용과 같은 올인클루시브 거래가 아닌 이상 시설 이용이 제한됩니다. 또한 아침 식사는 괜찮았지만 실제 과일은 없었습니다. 대부분 통조림과 주스는 실제 주스가 아닙니다.

Ha superado nuestras expectativas!! Hemos estado 8 días con Todo Incluido y han sido unas vacaciones fantásticas. Al hotel no le falta de nada. Excelente limpieza, excelentes instalaciones, y personal muy amable. La comida también bastante bien. Lo único que creemos que puede mejorar es la oferta de actividades de animación al público español. Se vuelcan mucho con los extranjeros y la animación española queda en un segundo plano. Si mejorase esto ya sería increíble. En cuanto al servicio de atención al cliente de Trip, darles un 10, ya que cuando llegamos el hotel nos dijeron que nuestra hija no salía en la reserva (a pesar de que la reserva estaba bien hecha) y nos hicieron pagar casi 700€ adicionales por la niña y desde el momento uno Trip ha respondido muy bien, resolviendo el problema de forma rápida y con una atención inmejorable. En menos de una semana Trip ha corrido con la totalidad de los gastos por este inconveniente y me han devuelto el 100% del importe que el hotel me hizo pagar para poder hacer el check in de mi hija. Gracias Trip!! Seguir así!

We’ve had a lovely 10 day stay here. The hotel is positioned in its own slice of paradise over looking the sea. The hotel in general was clean and tidy. The staff were lovely and always said hi. The room I stayed in (342) was spacious and comfortable with good air conditioning and good sound proofing. My only issue with it was it’s a little tired - the couch was torn in various places and various patch work had been done on the walls but it wasn’t something that bothered me during my stay. The restaurant was a great. There was plenty of variety and I could always find something myself and my family liked. I could tell the restaurant staff went above and beyond here. Desserts 10/10. The entertainment was fun but I felt it had room for improvement as it gave ‘Butlins’ vibes. The bar had a good selection of both alcoholic beverages and nonalcoholic beverages. The staff were nice too. The pools were clean but cold, which meant I had to take my 4 year old daughter out every 45 minutes to warm up as she was shivering. Finally I want to commend the house cleaning staff who lined up my daughter’s teddies on her bed every day! It was a really nice touch. Overall 4/5. Lost a point on the tiredness and the cold pool but the hotel was great and I’d recommend it!

Just returned home from 11 days at this hotel and what an amazing holiday this is our second time at the hotel we didn’t think anything would top the amazing time we had last year but this year was even better! The hotel is lovely and clean and every single member of staff is friendly and helpful the bar staff are very friendly the staff at the restaurant were amazing and our favourite part the entertainment team were outstanding special mention to Kyle and ash who made our boys holiday one to remember. There is entertainment to keep the children entertained all day and night and they do an amazing job our boys have cried the whole way home today as they didn’t want to leave and are already nagging us to rebook. Louise at swim academy was also amazing our son has always hated swimming but absolutely loved his lessons with Louise. There’s lots of negative reviews about the food but we thought it was absolutely fine it’s just your typical all inclusive buffet style with plenty of choice and they seem to do a different theme every evening

We have just returned from a weeks holiday at the holiday village. My husband, myself and our 2 boys age 4 & 2 We had the best week. The hotel is clean, spacious rooms with a big balcony. The entertainment staff are amazing with the children and work so hard all day to make sure everyone is having a great time. The food for an all inclusive is absolutely fine, loads to chose from. You can also use 2 restaurants on site during your stay. Nice to break it up. The water park is where we spent most of our time. It’s 2 mins from the hotel over a little bridge. Our eldest son done the swim academy with Louise and Anna, and he loved it and came on so much. They were great with him. I struggle to see how so many people have left bad reviews on this. We had the most AMAZING time! And will definitely return!

Nice place but some areas where shut down in November probably for the winter.

Place is amazing, staff really, really nice. Guy at the pool is so lovely and welcoming :) the only one thing I would complain is the internet, very bad. But I still would give 10/10

Spacious room but a little old fashioned. Good parking if you have a rented car. The main Restaurant had a good variety of foods but place is too noisy with too many people. Good spacious pool area.
