Location very good. Room size ok. Cleanliness good. It was a bit tired. Needs refurbishment. Could be a fantastic place. Our patio door wouldn't lock which would have been a concern if we stayed longer than the one night we did stay. Shower head bracket useless.

This hotel is advertised as 2 star and that's what it is. I've seen reviews complaining about it but it doesn't pretend to anything it isn't. It's basic. The staff are all friendly and helpful and it is perfectly situated for all the local bars and restaurants. It is also a short walk to the beach. It's cheap and you get what you pay for

First of all this hotel is a two star hotel. No there is no Aircon in the room. However, the bed is comfortable. The rooms are ensuite and it’s well located for anywhere that you want to go and things you want to do within the town anybody’s complaining about this Hotel really is just tightfisted. It is ideal for the money you pay if you want better quality and there is much better hotels within the town where you could stay. I really enjoyed staying here the staff are friendly and for the money is spot-on. I have no problem, staying here again.

I guess for the price and being 2* I shouldn’t complain but yeah, avoid this place. Entered the room to no aircon and 38° heat, just a ceiling fan and fan plonked on a chair making a lot of noise. Room was very dark when I entered as the shutter was down, when I opened it I was greeted by a lady smoking on a shared balcony which you access by climbing through the window. The bathroom was abysmal, a bright green dirty shower curtain and tiniest shower basin. The bathroom floor had quite a bit of hair that wasn’t mine but the rest of the room was clean. Bed was made daily but the floor wasn’t cleaned. When returning in the evenings there are no lights so I was walking to my room using my phone light. Even though it was super cheap it’s overpriced, not worth more than 10£ a night.

The whole hotel smelt, either of dirty mops or bleach, which to me was trying to cover up other dirty smells. My mum had a room on her own and the toilet was filthy, I asked for it to be cleaned and no one was available and no more rooms for her to move in to. My sisters bathroom was really smelly of urine and had to be moved.

Staff were extremely helpful and capable

Suited my needs for this trip perfectly.

Excellent for what the price was for 5 nights. Room cleaned each day 👍 Receptionists very helpful and enjoyed my time there except from the hill to get there 😄 Thankyou hotel. Betania,Benalmadena.
