호텔 모나 플라자(Hotel Mona Plaza)

В целом всё неплохо. До пешеходной улицы где все гуляют и много кафешек нужно пройти минут 15-20. Тут прям жилой район. В проживание входит сауна и спортзал, но я там не был, оценить не могу. Засорилась раковина, попросил утром на ресепшене исправить, так никто и не пришёл. Воду в бутылках дают только на первый день, но есть чайник и чай с кофе в пакетиках, так что норм. Убирались каждый день.

服務太差，訂的雙人房，衹給一瓶水。另外續住一天，續住前問了前台，説續住的一天會再提供一瓶水，結果沒有，打電話去問，又説衹有第一天給水，要麼自己喝自來水，要麼從他們的Mini Bar買水。 插座壞的，都插不上。第二天續住衹倒了第一天產生的垃圾，廁所都沒收拾？

比較現代化的酒店，比較乾淨，早餐種類很多，很豐富。衹是房間比較小，雙人間，一個人住都比較擠。水也衹給一瓶，哪怕連續住幾天也衹是第一天給一瓶水。

Prior to my arrival the hotel arranged transport from the airport which was a seamless experience and very professional. Unfortunately given my early arrival there wasn’t a room available, but the team worked to arrange it as soon as possible. My eventual room on the 13th floor was impressive - very modern with great views over the city and river in the distance. The bed was two singles rather than a double, but fortunately they could be pushed together and there were electric sockets on the bedside units. The whole space was modern and spotlessly clean. The TV was the ideal size for the room, the mini bar was well stocked and there were good plugs at the sides of the bed. The digital control for the air-conditioning was a nice touch but it wasn’t the most efficient, but the seating options in the room kept it cosy and comfortable. The bathroom continued the modern feel with plenty of storage space and modern soap dispensers on the walls. Dressing gown and slippers were provided and once again everything was totally clean. The only negative was that the towels weren’t the nicest and didn’t live up to the rest of the room’s standard. The breakfast was pretty decent and while there wasn’t any food cooked to order, the buffet had a good selection with everything hot and fresh. Plenty of tables and a relaxing atmosphere made it a perfect start to the day. The evening bar area is also good, with friendly and efficient staff and, again, a good atmosphere. There was a few notices around showing an event on the rooftop, which would indeed be a great location for a rooftop bar but it seemed to not actually exist. The location is very quiet and set away from the main areas, but it’s only a ten minute walk to the castle and centre so don’t let that put you off. Overall I really liked the hotel and it offered brilliant value - if you’re looking for somewhere modern and clean I’d really recommend here!

Terrible service, checked into a dirty room, the room was not clean once in three days. Crumbs everywhere, stained carpets, WIFI not working. Frustrated guests in the elevator and lobby. Staff was rude and defensive, zero customer service. Very sad.

I really enjoyed my stay at Mona Plaza. The room, the location and the views, the food and the fitness area were all super! I had to unexpectedly prolongue my stay and I was very glad for the choice of hotel! thank you

Hotel is very taft to find it in town, even you use navigation, but when you finally find it, you will be very satisfied with hotel and staff in hotel is very nice and helpful. Room was clean and very nice, also breakfast is one of the best what I ever had in some hotel. High recommendation, and also many good restaurants and bars is around… for sure on next trip in Belgrade I will come here again.

nice and spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, good wifi and breakfast, garage with easy access, 24h reception, good location to explore city center and reach out nice restaurants, time to time deep cleaning is needed mostly on window courtains

I was there in October with children and we used a connected room. The hotel is new and well decorated, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the most comfortable mattress and pillow I've ever had in a hotel 🙂, from the upper floors there is a great view. The breakfast is great, and the a la card restaurant and the bar are open until late. It has its own parking lot, otherwise it would not be easy to park in the surrounding area. The center of Belgrade, Knez Mihajlova Street, Skadarlija, Kalemegdan, Zoo, are all within a 15-minute walk. There are also 2 bus lines nearby and many markets that also work on Sundays
