Мы были в январе. Конечно, не ждали увидеть все прелести территории отеля, но отметим, что работал бассейн с подогревом и обслуживали официанты. Было обидно, что несмотря на хорошую солнечную погоду для детей не было активностей на улице, все проводилось в помещении. Вот насчет этой части (детская анимация) не могу сказать ничего плохого, но и хорошего мало (насыщенность скудненькая, пустое время заполняется просмотром мультиков или приставкой, аниматоры часто сидят в телефоне и короче на расслабоне как-то все было). Ездили в land of legends, классно, но для деток ростом меньше 130см мало аттракционов. К питанию вопросов нет, все вкусно, иногда некоторые продукты исчезали с полок и не появлялись долго. Аквапарк на ремонте, летом не знаем что и как будет работать. Обслуживающий персонал хороший, все добрые и отзывчивые.

Staff was polite and helpful specially one of workers in 5th floor whose name was Mrs Nadereh who was kind and helpful.atmosphere was calm and relaxing.the quality and variety of restaurants and food were excellent.the problem that we had was the smell of restaurant in our room.

+Absolutely gorgeous and massive hotel. We couldn’t believe the luxury we were in. +Al a cartes are a great addition. Pretty easy to get booked in by calling the desk, you do have to wait a while on the phone but I had it on loud speaker and just got ready while queueing. The steak restaurant was the best and absolute treat. The Greek was also fun with smashing plates but make sure to wear lots of bug spray as they are rampant there. +Starbucks. What a great idea and made full use of it. +Entertainment was a mixed bag but mostly good. Live full orchestra was our favourite. Kids entertainment starts at 8 which was always a good laugh. Adult entertainment was at 9 and some of it was a little risqué. +Whatsapp. What a game changer! I wish more hotels did this. Full list for the day is sent every morning and can text any questions to the staff. +Room was fantastic one of the nicest rooms we’ve ever had. I want that shower all the time! +Land of legends free entry and coach. What a treat! You do have to pay for a locker but was a great added bonus. +My boyfriend’s birthday was made very special they blew up balloons and got a cake for the restaurant. -Quite a few staff came across as rude and unhelpful. I do think there was a language barrier. The photographers were very pushy as well. -Buffet was awful for breakfast and dinner. After having such fantastic meals at the Al a cartes the buffet was such a disappointment. For starters it is massive and so badly coordinated that once you have picked your food you have to walk a mile back to your table and by then it’s cold. Breakfast didn’t have bacon or sausages. I settled for porridge and often this was cold! We actually ended up hungry after the buffet and having to hunt for snacks. -Drinks were a mixed bag. Most of the cocktails were too strong to be enjoyable. Everything is table service and they will ignore you if you try to order drinks from the bar. We often were left hanging for a drink for a very long time. The table service at the sunloungers was a mixed bag. You can do it on the app but the wait time for these could be 10-30mins. Sometimes they would never come. Also had a few language barriers where we ask a member of staff for drinks in English and rather than getting another member of staff to help us we just ended up getting ignored. -Pool is very basic and quite deep. I’m 5ft5 and I couldn’t stand up in the pool. Also didn’t like the wooden panelling. Overall a mixed bag for us. We loved the Al a cartes but hated the buffet. The hotel was stunning but was so big and overwhelming you couldn’t enjoy all of it. We would probably not go back again but did have an enjoyable holiday. I think it would be a good hotel for families but not couples.

Even though we live in Antalya, we often prefer Rixos premium Belek hotel for holidays. The expertise and friendly approach of the staff made us very happy during our holiday. I would especially like to thank Turkuaz restaurant manager Tuğberk Bey for his interest and help. People restaurant manager Murat Bey's food suggestions helped us get to know different tastes. I recommend ZAsya restaurant to everyone. Our child never wanted to leave Rixy Club. In short, Rixos premium maintains its quality as always. Thanks to the entire Rixos family...

Great quick and professional receptionist services. Also loved the Whatsapp group idea, it great and easier for both sides 10/10 Great service by Handaan and Kaan Quick and smooth check in and out with a quick clear tour around the resort. Great food and restaurants, great SPA services and very clean abd tidy around the resort

Let me start by saying don’t hesitate, just BOOK!! believe me you will find it very hard to find another hotel like this. The food is fantastic. You get to visit each Al a carte in your stay. Godiva chocolatier cafe is a new amazing addition to the hotel. Also all inclusive. 2 Starbucks coffee shops, one on beach one in hotel. All rooms are amazing, we have been in standard rooms last time and this time we have been in legendary suites which have their own pool and then upgraded to villa. All are fantastic whatever you choose. With a villa you have your own restaurant and cabana on beach as well as a butler. Each day they will message you all the activities ect and kids club programs, The staff are so attentive: Shout out to all the activity/sports staff who make the holiday so fun. OGI we love you you make my holiday complete. NIGAR in guest relations is amazing. Thank you for being so attentive. Waiters in the Club House ANNA and BARISH are fantastic, Butlers: Viktoria & Yaroslava have been amazing. They really all work so hard to please you. It was a great experience with an excellent staff of assistants. Somaya and Nouf were very helpful with us. I love the restaurants at the Wu Hotel and the café. All the employees were cooperative with us

Amazing stay we’ve a perfect services that nobody should miss. And a special thanks to Somaya & Nouf they were really great. Helped us with many things even their recommendations were an absolutely beautiful. Lastly rooms and hotel facilities are super clean.
