設施陳舊，食物種類少，味道不好，服務態度較差，一開始給的房間裏面有很大的油漆味，多次要求之後才給更換。

Without doubt, this has been one of the worst hotel experiences of our lives. I honestly don’t even know where to begin because literally everything about this place is terrible. Service - horrific. The receptionist really set the tone for our stay with his disgusting attitude that had us in a rage before our stay had even begun. Having taken a flight through the evening, we arrived at 7am and were told we had no room. He couldn’t speak English so was shouting at another guy to tell us that we should be checking in at 2pm. After arguing a bit, we magically got a room. Rooms - old, outdated, beds are solid and you get given a sheet for a duvet. Air conditioning keeps room at two temperatures - roasting hot or home chillingly freezing. Have had to wake up multiple times through the night to either turn the air con on or off. Wi-Fi - barely works Food - same boring crap every night. After 3 nights at the hotel we ended up looking for restaurants in the area. Drinks - the worst of the worst. 1 choice of beer which is not nice. Cocktails are a disgrace. No choice of premium liquor or beers. Again, we ended up not drinking after day 2 because the choice of drinks being so poor. You can’t even get a Coca Cola. Food and/or drinks - ended up with outrageously upset tummies, ruining our trip to Land of Legends where we spent almost the entire day in their toilets due to hotels food or drink. General vibe - No-one smiles. You do not feel welcome here. We tried all the time to be polite and courteous to all staff in the hope we got something back. With the exception of a few very good restaurant staff, everyone made us feel like we were not wanted there. Clientele - this is no fault of the hotel, but still worth noting for the benefit of English speaking guests - the hotel is almost entirely Russian families. We have nothing against anyone from other countries, but we didn’t meet anyone here. We always like to meet others when on holiday but it just wasn’t possible. Very few staff here spoke English which made things pretty difficult. Shops - there are some shops here at the hotel complex and we thought we would use them to buy our own alcohol so we could have something half decent to drink - however, they were selling everything about 3 times more expensive than you would find in the uk. Cans of beer for €5, a bottle of absolute vodka for £50, small bottle of jack daniels for £60. Spa - 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The one and only good thing about the complex is the Spa. The Spa manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The spa team were also fantastic and gave great massages and also smiled and made us feel welcome. I honestly wish I could give a completely seperate review just for the Spa. Entertainment - seems to be only for children. We’ve retired to bed early every night to avoid having to listen to the likes of Baby Shark and other music for toddlers. We’ve not experienced any other entertainment as we simply didn’t want to be there.

First, let me say that overall, the family had a great time. The garden is extremely well kept, the pools and slides are clean and fun, the beach is clean and nice. There are a lot of fun activities for kids and adults on the announcement board, except they are short staffed so half the activities were just not taking place without notice. Entertainer Taha was particularly nice. In the buffet restaurant, the emphasis is placed on quantity versus quality. There are probably like 80 different dishes to chose from, yet not a single one ever wowed me. Waiter Halil T. was very nice. The included alcoholic drinks, whether at the bar or restaurant are undrinkable. We ended up purchasing decent wine bottles a la carte. Allowing people to smoke on the only restaurant outdoor area in a family resorts is a big disappoin**ent. The spa reception team needs to be retrained. The are very much pushing their trea**ent packages and will give you a price based on where you come from, first quoting you an outrageous price before showing you an amazing discount because you are very special. One young male employee was even rude to my mother, who didn't want any trea**ent and asked if it is because she is too poor. The rooms were nice and clean, but the AC very noisy and not cooling properly. I think if they work on

I adore this hotel, perfect summer holidays, kind staff , delicate foods , big choice , entertaining evening programs , beautiful garden , everything perfect . I come again , already more than with twenty occasions.

We have just been at Belconti for 7 nights with a baby (1.4 years old) and everything was just as we expected snd saw on the internet. Very clean hotel, great food,really child friendly with lots of activities for the little ones. Sandy (with pebbles just by the shore) private beach just a few minutes walk from the hotel. I loved the fact that the resort is so green and you could just enjoy a nice walk around. Really friendly staff although many did not understand or speak English, but we managed somehow :) thank you!

Best resort I’ve even been to so far. Food is amazing, entertainment is just wow, service in general is amazing, food is available 24/7, free ice cream everyday, the beach is well looked after. Everything was amazing. Will go again next year for sure.

Great hotel for couple/family vacations in all aspects. Rooms are neat and cozy, walking around hotel territory is sort of leisure hence gardening landscape design. Menu in restaurant is wide, local cuisine is the best option over others( European and Russian recipes were done in free interpretation some times, nothing bad but deal of habit first of all). Personal and entertainment team in particular deserve separate highlight. Several activities are organized throughout the day, time flies quick and there is no boredom at radar at all.
