글로리아 골프 리조트 - 올 인클루시브(Gloria Golf Resort - Kids Concept)

The hotel claims to provide a good service to every guest. Although it has came to my attention, that you are not allowed to complain in this hotel, if something bothering you, you might find yourself in a blacklist of this hotel. I hop[e that in the future this situation will be resolved.

Planning our next vacation, we were looking for this hotel. As we have had a great experience here before. Unfortunately, although we are still getting letters from this hotel, the management of this hotel refuses to make a reservation. The reason is unknown to us. We would appreciate if the management of the hotel could give us a feedback towards this situation.

The managment of this hotel has an interesting ways dealing with guests, who are facing uncomfortable situations in this hotel. We were having a good time in this hotel, untill a situation with next room guests has occured. We politely have asked the managment to talk with other guests, instead, they put our family in a black list.

We were visiting this hotel a lot of times. Last year we were put on quarantine for 3 days, But tests were switched. Golf fields, the territory itself, the kitchen and the service were excellent. But the rooms were a bit “tired”. If we are talking about managing director and his behavior towards guests, it seems like his ego is beyond stars. He cannot resolve conflict situations, or just don’t want to. The pool is also not in good condition. Because children in diapers are allowed to swim. It's for guests decide if it’s a good idea or not. My son needed drop counter after that, that says a lot about cleaning of this pool. I didn’t expect that site would delete negative feedback about hotel. Although I am myself the owner of the hotel, I understand that guests are different, and reviews can be not objective. But you need to work with this, not just delete what you don’t like. Hotel could make sun loungers for a price, because people are taking their seats in 6 a.m. and it looks not okay for a hotel like that. The hotel could make fishing places, but it seems like the hotel is not interested in earning money. The same goes to selling candies, nuts etc, although it is funny to watch how people just getting it to themselves in their pockets, bags etc. I think a lot of people would buy it, but the hotel is not interested in volleyball field was not in good condition, they should renovate it.

We have been many times to both Gloria Golf and Serenity … fabulous hotel. We have booked again for this year in a Gloria Golf Villa. The website says that you get all inclusive and A la carte restaurants in all three hotels (the reason we booked this accommodation) We have now been told by hotel management that this accommodation does not include this concept any more. Why does it still state this on the website??? Not happy!

I would very like to know the reason, why our close friends cannot get to this hotel. The management of the hotel has decided, that it's just better, not to check in guests, who want to have a good sleep at night, and don't want to hear party in the next room. (They were added to black list after complaining about the noise). With this kind of policy, i would never recommend this hotel as a good place for a vacation.

I would not advise this hotel. You might be having a good opinion about this hotel by photos or tour operator's descriptions, but they are not talking about the fact that you might be included in blacklist just because you have asked reception to talk to other guests because they are noisy. That is what have happened with our friends.

We recently enjoyed an unforgettable family holiday at the Gloria Golf Resort in Belek. The warm and friendly staff made us feel at home right from our arrival. The well-maintained resort, a variety of dining options, and exceptional service ensured our stay was nothing short of a 5-star experience. The kids’ club was a hit with our little ones too. Highly recommended for a memorable family vacation!

Very good although rooms were far too hot - heat could not be controlled and no air con at this time of year. Otherwise all good. Choice of restaurants good . Only 2 bars in hotel which got crowded as there were conventions during our stay. Can’t comment on outside as many facilities closed out of season. Overall a reasonable hotel with very pleasant and helpful staff
