We were visiting this hotel a lot of times. Last year we were put on quarantine for 3 days, But tests were switched. Golf fields, the territory itself, the kitchen and the service were excellent. But the rooms were a bit “tired”. If we are talking about managing director and his behavior towards guests, it seems like his ego is beyond stars. He cannot resolve conflict situations, or just don’t want to. The pool is also not in good condition. Because children in diapers are allowed to swim. It's for guests decide if it’s a good idea or not. My son needed drop counter after that, that says a lot about cleaning of this pool. I didn’t expect that site would delete negative feedback about hotel. Although I am myself the owner of the hotel, I understand that guests are different, and reviews can be not objective. But you need to work with this, not just delete what you don’t like. Hotel could make sun loungers for a price, because people are taking their seats in 6 a.m. and it looks not okay for a hotel like that. The hotel could make fishing places, but it seems like the hotel is not interested in earning money. The same goes to selling candies, nuts etc, although it is funny to watch how people just getting it to themselves in their pockets, bags etc. I think a lot of people would buy it, but the hotel is not interested in volleyball field was not in good condition, they should renovate it.
