Eine sehr schöne Anlage direkt am Strand. Essen war sehr gut für jeden etwas dabei.. im Großen und Ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden mit allem würden definitiv wieder kommen

This is the Worst Hotel hotel I have stayed at ever, First I’ll start with the good things: - The Hotel is clean most probably because it’s new that’s about it.. even then on our first night there was smell of damp. - We did not experience any rude behaviour from staff as other people have mentioned. The bad things: - This is not a resort it’s a small hotel having stayed in much bigger and luxurious resorts in the past in Antalya, this was a disappointment. - The food was very very disappointing, very bland and repetitive. They basically serve the same breakfast, lunch, dinner everyday. There is nothing exciting no themes we got fed up eating at the restaurant after day 1. They don’t consider serving food for a diverse culture basically the main meat they serve is beef. We as a family do not eat beef, chicken that they served was as hard as rock, fish was disgusting and they don’t ever have lamb. We ate dinner outside on our 2nd day. The snack bar is okay but again they only serve beef burgers, there is no variety. They serve the same burger, pizza chips everyday. We had to insist the staff to make a veggie pizzas 1 day with only vegetables and cheese. They struggled initially but made us 2 pizzas which were nice otherwise they only serve beef or margarita pizzas. So basically we had to live on veggie pizza and chips for lunch over 5 days, as the food in the restaurant was so disappointing. The alcohol is local and again not nice at all, my husband decided not to drinks because he didn’t like the quality of drinks. They don’t know how to make nice mocktails, I didn’t try cocktails so can’t comment on them. They don’t know how to make iced coffee, I asked the lobby bar to make an iced coffee on the first day and she said we can’t make that. We went outside and had the best iced coffee at the market which is 5-10 mins walk at a restaurant. The hotel chefs need to learn how to cook and make drinks from this local restaurant chefs, I can recommend this local restaurant “Sunset restaurant” although slightly pricey but the food & drinks were amazing. The Hotel’s website says there is a A la carte restaurant don’t be fooled by this as this is not true, they only have 1 main restaurant, 1 snack bar which closes at 4pm after which you can’t get any food till 7pm. There is a patisserie which serves the same cakes and desserts that they serve at the restaurant for dessert. The desserts were good looking but did not taste good at all. I am amazed that being in Antalya, Turkey I did not spot a baklava in this hotel even once throughout our stay. Or any special Turkish kebabs/ grills. - On our 3rd night we lost power in our room which came back but the Ac stopped working, we called reception but strangely this is the first hotel I have been to where the reception don’t answer the phone. My husband had to personally go down in the middle of the night to get some help. The staff came and said the power is gone off whole Belek and should come back in 30 min

We have arrived at midnight and after a long travel we’re very tired and hungry. To our surprise bar at the lobby was opened and we have been forwarded to the restaurant after a quick refreshment for the midnight soup, which was delicious! My teenage children were very pleased with the opportunity to refuel their energy all week of holidays with the fresh meal available three times a day in the restaurant ( unlimited!) and four hours at the beach! We have been in the different range of hotels and this one we liked the most because: everything you need for the rest and entertainment was here! We enjoyed pool swimming and sunbathing, beach sunbathing, water slides, turkish hamam . Staff were really friendly and helpful, but took us time to work out : do not keep your door key next to your phone or you will get a problem to enter your room ( just a tip) . My daughter’s comment was: mum I feel like I have been on holidays for a month! To me it’s a good indicator of successful holidays. A separate thank you to members of staff Fartih and Mustangs who helped us with all the information and reactivating our door key .

호텔은 좋은 4 성급이지만 개선이 필요하고 음식 선택과 사막에는 더 많은 선택이 필요하며 아이스크림이 없으며 나쁜 웨이터가있는 경우 탄산 음료조차 얻을 수 없으며 더 좋을 것입니다. 팁을 주면 더 잘 제공됩니다. 신선한 생선 음식에는 파리가 떼를 지어 있고 메인 푸드 홀은 Wild West와 같습니다. 스파게티 볼로네제를 먹었고 다음날 가격을 지불하여 피자와 칩에 갇혔습니다. 치킨도 괜찮았고 전반적으로 우리의 체류는 매우 좋았지 만 짧았습니다. 우수한. 해변은 좋지만 우산만 있으면 더 좋을 것입니다. 플랫폼은 훌륭하고 새로운 파빌리온은 130유로에 저렴합니다. 우리는 하나를 사용했고 굉장했습니다. 우리가 머무는 동안 방은 잘 청소되고 정기적으로 채워졌습니다. 특히 하녀에게 팁을 남기는 경우 지원 콘도 훌륭했습니다.

환상적인 경험. 따뜻하고 친절하며 전문적이며 도움이되는 직원이있는 정말 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 우리가 입구 로비에 들어갔을 때부터 우리가 떠날 때까지 이것은 놀라운 곳이었습니다. 현대적인 장식으로 깨끗합니다. 수영장은 훌륭하고 깨끗하며 맑았습니다. 메인 수영장은 거대하고 1.4 m의 완벽한 깊이로 서서 계속 서있을 수 있습니다. 또한 무료 이용을위한 실내 수영장, 사우나 및 터키 하맘이 있습니다. 올 인클루시브 옵션은 요리 즐거움에 관해서는 최고의 고급 스러움이며, 맛있는 음식으로 마음 속의 내용물을 먹고 마실 수 있습니다. 당신은 수영장 옆에 호의를 베풀고 롤러 블레이드의 웨이트리스에 의해 제공됩니다. 특히 직원들의 따뜻한 터키 환대 때문에이 장소를 충분히 추천 할 수는 없습니다. 그들은 당신의 체류를 가능한 한 즐겁게하기 위해 의무를 넘어서는 것을 정말로합니다 ... 그리고 우리 경우, 그들은 확실히 성공했습니다!

올인클루시브 레스토랑 정말 만족해요! 식사는 거의 하루 24시간 제공되며, 곳곳에 무료 음료를 제공하는 여러 바가 있습니다. 레스토랑에는 다양한 디저트와 케이크를 포함해 다양한 음식이 있습니다! 다 맛볼 수가 없어요! 호텔의 대형 레스토랑은 이 지역 최고의 식사 장소 중 하나입니다^-^ 객실은 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있으며 넓으며 시설(헤어 고데기 및 커피 머신 포함)이 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 호텔의 풍경이 매우 좋고 바닷물이 특히 파랗고 낮에는 누워 있기가 너무 추워요. 전체적으로 가격 대비 성능 비율이 매우 높습니다!
