Great view, convenience location. Grace was very nice and helpful, hope to visit again.

The hotel was not so welcoming to me as a non chinese speaker. The receptiondesk and restaurant did not even greet me and only spoke to my chinese friend. The restaurant food was not so fresh and the sausage was undercooked. Granted, they replaced this with two new ones. It is not as good as other Ritz Hotels i have stayed at in the past. Tianjin is much better. I would like to see this hotel upgraded to be in line with other excellent Ritz hotels across China.

Hotel was lovely, good environment, all staffs were very professional especially Jimmy the manager who checked me in, he had been very helpful. Would definitely come back next time when I visit Beijing again.

It is a wonderful hotel. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfast.

非常愉快的入住體驗！首先，酒店的環境非常乾淨整潔，讓人感到舒適和放鬆。其次，前台Miranda趙經理非常友善和專業，為客人提供了出色的服務和幫助。再者，酒店的設施和設備都非常齊全和先進，讓我感到非常方便和滿意。最後，酒店周邊的食物味道很棒，給人一種家的温暖感覺。總的來説，我對這次入住非常滿意，強烈推薦給大家選擇這家酒店！

酒店的整體裝修是暖色調的，入住當天正好是個陰雨天，讓人倍感温馨。前台的Ruyi小姐姐非常和善地接待並耐心解答了我的問題。床墊很軟很舒服，洗護用品還配的是我很喜歡的diptyque。居住體驗很棒！

酒店就在金融街CBD，去周邊工作和消費很便捷。酒店房間很大，此次行政樓層，在行政酒廊吃了早餐和夜間品酒，人不多很安靜。頂樓房間温控較差，白天很熱。早餐中規中矩，品類一般。這是典型商務酒店。

非常非常滿意，從入住時候前台先生耐心根據我的要求給我安排了令我滿意的房間，他還陪我聊了一會，好喜歡這個有些老錢氣質的先生，很可惜沒有記住他的名字，看到我有行李隨時有人來接過幫忙拎着，到離店也是禮賓部的職員耐心陪着我叫車，指導我怎麼去故宮，總之整個非常滿意，下次來北京必須還選這家酒店。
