We can’t fault the park, amenities and staff at Lake Sambell. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with a smile, then the staff who took us to our site and helped us with manoeuvring our caravans to the best positions, and the speedy wood delivery, with a cheerful attitude, what more could you want, The park is lovely at this time of the year, large sites, beautiful trees, amenities are spacious and clean, and we love the quirky jokes on the shower and toilet doors. We look forward to another trip to this lovely park in beautiful Beechworth.

Great park, friendly staff, beautiful trees and out look, spotlessly clean and tidy everywhere. Plenty to do in the park and surrounding area. Great direction for backing the van and I also noticed you could have the tractor do the parking for you if needed. Everyone was happy and friendly. Would definitely recommend and return in the future.

Loved our stay..The staff were so friendly and helpful ..Most grateful for helping us to park our van ,the great chats and smiles every time staff went past..Lovely clean park ammenities great hot showers .Very close to town rail trail and the epic..Lovely trees and green lawns beautiful views of the lake ..We came with a bike riding group had so much fun ..hope to bring family back to enjoy the ambience ..thanks 😁

From the moment you book in, this caravan park is exceptional! The staff are so friendly & helpful, amenities spotless & our caravan site was so lovely & shady. We had a wonderful time with our family. Beechworth is beautiful & the shops & tourist attractions are so close to the caravan park. We'll be back!

We recently stayed at Beechworth Lake Sambell Caravan Park for two nights. This was at the end of our 5 week trip in our new caravan. The park was beautifully maintained, the facilities were clean (recently renovated) and the staff were friendly and very accomodating. Upon arrival were were shown to our site (which was large in comparison to many others we have been to) and directed into it with ease. The van park is a 15 minute walk into the township, along a beautiful pathway. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!!!

It started with the wonderful assistance we got getting to our site then expert directions helping me back the caravan into place. My husband and I can do it but he made it soooo easy. We went to the office a number of times about what to do in Beechworth and where to eat and got great help from the very friendly staff. We will be back 😃👏

Really clean and well maintained bathroom facilities given their age, excellent shower pressure. Great location - 10-minutes walk to the centre of Beechworth, overlooking Lake Sambell. Easy access to the Lake and “Epic” mountain bike trail.

Sometimes a place is so good you really want to keep it to yourself. Lake Sambell Caravan Park such a place.We have been camping here for Easter, with an ever growing group of family and friends, for seventeen years. Roger and Sue and The Team run an ever developing, immaculate park with great facilities and friendly service. Camp fires, tractor rides, coffee van, barbecues and cabins and recently added Thai Food Van, the list goes on! All set at stunning Lake Sambell and walking distance into Town.Highly recommended!

We have been going to Lake Sambell Caravan Park for 30 years now. We started with 4 generations going and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. A close walk into town and beautiful walking paths in and around the park are just some of the reasons we love staying there. The staff are amazing and very friendly. The sites are beautiful and a great size. The amenities are very clean and the camp kitchen is great. There is a playground, mini golf, canoeing, volleyball for the kids and over Easter, there are hay rides, movies and craft to keep the kids entertained. The lake and the creek provide a place to swim when the weather is warm. We love it!!!!!
