옴니 베드퍼드 스프링스 리조트(Omni Bedford Springs Resort)

The location is beautiful, surrounded by the mountains. The Christmas lights was an added bonus to the outside and inside. The inside is like a museum, with shops and restaurants. I loved the stair cases. Our view from our room was nice, it over looked the front of the hotel. We didn't get time to go to the pool but even the pool area was beautiful. The entire place was very clean from inside to outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

Property needs updated carpets and elevator. Room location was so far away to Food and spa felt like forever to walk to. Bathroom area in room Needs attention too.

The attention to historical detail in the resurrection of the hotel is verging on unbelievable. The staff seems to take pride in all that the hotel represents.

We have been coming to this Omni and Eternal Springs spa for 17 years, and it just keeps getting better! It is luxurious and elegant, and you are treated like royalty. Several restaurants offer a wide array of choices, the rooms are squeaky clean and beautifully appointed, and the spa is to die for. There is a mineral water large swimming pool, a large jetted hot tub, cold tub, and steam bath. Such pampering!

Always a pleasant stay at Bedford Springs Omni. The spa is top notch, Friday night entertainment was great. Food and service are excellent. Vallet guys are kind and helpful.

Hotel had all the charm. Drinks were great but very expensive over $20 each. Live music was amazing on a Sunday evening. The spa was awful. A basic massage was $270 with an additional 20% gratuity. And it was ok, but definitely not the Four Seasons. And the spa itself was dirty and not well taken care off.

Very beautiful and will definitely stay again only complaint is very loud in mornings Seems to hear everything outside the door in the hallways and on the patios

We stayed 1 night for my husbands birthday. The property was gorgeous and well maintained We had delicious drinks at the lobby bar, ate a fabulous dinner at the 1796 and listened to a gentleman sing and play guitar in the lobby. It was our first time to the property and we will definitely be going back. The room was spacious and clean. They left a giant cupcake in the room as a surprise for my husband's birthday. All of the team there made you feel very comfortable. We did have a spa treatment, when i booked i was informed that at the time of our trip the spa would be under renovation but services will still be available. I can't wait to go back to experience it all as our massage was very enjoyable.

Positives: The hotel was historic and beautifully decorated for Christmas including a giant gingerbread house that entertained my daughter every time we passed it. Loved the live music and fires in the lobby in the evening - it gave it a homey, Christmas feel. Staff was so friendly and welcoming to my whole family including my energetic 18 month old and 2 year old mini golden doodle. They upgraded us to a balcony room which was a lovely surprise. The bathroom was very large and it had a window so we were able to put my daughters pack and play in there at night. The pool was a huge hit with my toddler and visually stunning. We did a 2 mile hike and found it to be well marked and a great little escape into nature even in December. Negatives: The food was hit or miss at both the tavern and Crystal room. Service was great at both but the quality of food/preparation was disappointing for the price. Specifically the tuna tartare and chicken wings were nearly inedible. Our steak was tasty, but not cooked as requested (we just ate it since we had a toddler nearing bedtime). All other food was perfectly fine. Loved the kids meal options such as salmon. The cocktails were pricey and took awhile to arrive, but well made. The pet fee of $150 for just one night was very expensive. I called and requested a pack and play ahead of time, but there wasn’t one in the room when we arrived, luckily we had one in our car and ended up just using that.
