입구의 풍경은 매우 아름답습니다. 강, 공원, 거위, 꽃과 풀이 있습니다. 아래층에서 식사하는 것도 편리하고 많은 고객과 사람들로 붐빕니다. 1층은 모두 식당이고 밖에 테이블이 많이 있습니다. 그러나 아래층에서 먹는 것이 비즈니스에 편리합니다. 저녁 8시가 넘은 시간에 차이로 일찍 자고 싶었지만 머리가 계속 윙윙거리고 머리가 아파서 특히 침대에 누워 있었다. 어떤 기계 소리 같은 느낌이 들며 신선한 공기 시스템인 줄 알았습니다. 복도에 가면 복도 전체가 이런 큰 소리로 들리는 것을 발견했습니다. 방 변경이 같은 효과라는 것을 알고 있지만 씨트립 씨의 열성적인 제안에 견딜 수는 없고 프론트에 내려갔습니다. 주방용품이라고 합니다. 오! 이 집의 구조에 문제가 있다고 말할 수 있고 공명은 매우 분명합니다. 이것은 사람들이 방에 서 있는 것이 가장 좋은 리듬입니다. 프론트 데스크는 부엌이 10시에 멈출 것이라고 말했습니다. 안돼, 아래층 식당에 가서 칵테일을 마시고 10 시까 지 자러 올라갑니다. 앞으로 호텔을 예약하려면 1층에 대형 레스토랑이 있는 경우 신중하게 선택해야 합니다.

We recently stayed here for a couple of nights while visiting Bletchley Park and Woburn Safari Park. It's very clean and looks lovely, and the location by the river is beautiful. The lady on reception, although new, was very friendly and chatty. The breakfast is a standard buffet although the poached eggs were cooked to perfection. We also had dinner in the restaurant which was very good and we all enjoyed the food. There is a nice area out the back to sit outside and a big building on the side for functions so we didn't hear any noise in our rooms from the Thursday evening function. The outside area has a bar which is supposedly open until 11pm but when we were there it closed at 9pm (apparently due to short staff) without any pre-warning or notice to their customers. However.....the service for our meal was a bit random with several staff attending our table at various times. There were way too many staff in the restaurant with several of them standing around waiting for something to do, and we were advised that two staff had not come in. The staff need to be better trained and organized and the number of staff could be substantially reduced if operating more efficiently. I can see several other reviews mentioning the same issue so maybe the hotel will attend to this. But our main issue was with the bar. Our friends had gone down to the bar about 5pm for a drink only to be ignored and not even spoken to let alone served and so they returned to their room. After we had finished our meal we ordered four drinks, we waited fifteen minutes and no drinks arrived so we asked where they were and the staff member went to find out. We were then advised that they would be done soon but after another 7-8 minutes we still hadn't received them so we got up to pay our bill and leave. At this point the bar staff member came over and apologized for not pouring our drinks as he had been 'busy'. We were sat within view of the bar and there had only been four young ladies ordering drinks who he had been chatting with and one hot chocolate order so we told him this wasn't true. When we said we had cancelled the order he stomped off making a point of screwing up our order ticket and throwing it away, as apparently he hadn't even started our order received almost 25 minutes before. There was no reason at all for the delay except that the staff member just hadn't bothered to do his job. Then upon receiving our bill for the meal the four undelivered drinks were still on the bill! After having them removed along with the service charge we settled our bill and were kindly offered a bottle of prosecco by the duty manager. Unfortunately for the serving staff they lost their tip due to the bar staff and whoever didn't check the bill correctly before giving it to us. The following evening sitting out side my wife went to the bar to get a bottle of lager and two Baileys. Upon returning she advised that the Baileys were £9.50 each! We very much enjoyed our overnight stay at this hotel. We were a family of 3 and shared a room. The staff were very welcoming and efficient on the front desk when we checked in. Once in the room we were very pleasantly surprised to see how good the pull out bed was for my eldest son. In fact it was a double sofa bed. It was very sturdy and had a very decent mattress on it ( unlike other top rated hotels we have stayed at ). The room was clean and had everything you might need , including iron and ironing board as standard. Breakfast was a tasty affair and staff were constantly replenishing items as they ran down. All staff very friendly and overall a great stay for a super price. Will definitely stay here again when we are visiting family again.

At least 3 times a year a group if us go for a quilting retreat. All the feedback is so positive. Great staff, friendly, welcoming, flexible. So clean and food- overfed and so much choice. Booked for 3 events in 2023 already and about to book for 2024. So glad we found this place.

매우 도움이되는 친절한 리셉션 직원, 우리는 메인 레스토랑에 갈 수 없었기 때문에 같은 사이트에 있던 ”Willows”라고 불렀습니다. 방은 사랑스럽고 깨끗하고 편안한 거대한 침대와 욕실의 멋진 샤워 시설이었습니다. 아침에 아침 식사는 뷔페 였고 신선한 음식으로 끊임없이 채워졌습니다. 사랑스러운 조용한 설정은 확실히 돌아올 것이지만 우리가 수영장을 이용할 시간에 도착했는지 확인할 것입니다.

It had been a while since we visited the Carrington Arms, but we'll be sure to return again soon. Such a great mixture of relaxed & friendly welcome and service combined with excellent food - a rare combination to get right. Especially as it was pretty busy for a Tuesday evening, with a couple of large groups. Despite this, we never felt service was slow or that we weren't looked after perfectly. Will was really helpful and friendly - as were all the staff - including those at the steak counter, where the option to select your meat is a great experience. We'll be back!

Fantastic. Greeted by a friendly and cheerful lady who then personally shows you to your room. Restaurant and bar staff friendly and nothing g too much trouble (Emilia) lovely girl and then breakfast in the morning sun again very friendly lady serving breakfast. Felt like you knew everybody. Rooms beautiful and food great. Would recommend

A clean and peaceful hotel with amazing food in a stunning village. We loved the quality of the food so much we had two evening meals there. If you're gluten free, the options are endless and genuinely nice to eat! It's also a nut-free restaurant so if you're a complicated dietary couple like us, you can be safe in the knowledge you can dine ”normally” without another marital argument about who forgot the epipens. We actually had a conversation, relaxed and tucked in to a culinary experience that we're unashamed to say was the most pleasure we shared the whole weekend. It's hard to sum up how much freedom it gives a holiday to be able to eat good food safely. Thank you so much, everyone. The staff are faultless and every single member of waiting and reception staff were attentive and knowledgeable. We'd especially like to shout out to Abi, Emily and Kiki who were hard working restaurant staff and a pleasure to be served by. We tipped well, we think, but please give them a round of applause from us. The only, incredibly minor, downside was the lack of drinking water in the room. We found ourselves bulk buying massive bottles of drinking water from the supermarket to keep us going. All in all, our stay here was a wonderful, relaxing, safe and friendly experience.
