Great service, generous breakfast and a really well located property within short driving distance of the main town and plenty of wineries. The hotel room offers all that you will require for a comfortable and clean stay, free parking in front of your room.

Room and bathroom of good size and comfortable, but be careful with the floor of the shower which is super slippery. Reception staff are very unfriendly and act as if they are doing you a favor when checking in or answering any queries. This hotel was the only ACCOR hotel on our trip that didn't offer us free water. The location is excellent, very close to the old town, shops and restaurants. We parked our car very close, in the Madeleine Square, where there is a large free parking lot.

This is a Boutique hotel at a very convenient location in Beaune. Just minutes walk from Hospice, city center and a bunch of major attractions. We stayed in a junior suite, and it was very tastefully decorated. They even have a free parking, some right in front of the front door and a lot more behind the building. Will

Hotel is situated on the outskirts of Beaune but in easy walking distance of the town centre with all its attractions and to the train station.It can be difficult getting taxis in Beaune.Typical of this style of hotel our room (superior room) was a bit cramped especially as we were staying 7 nights and there was quite a bit of luggage .Very little hanging space for clothes. The bathroom was reasonably spacious.On our first night there was alot of noise from the patio area outside our room at 2-3 am ,the bar was closed but a group of young men were very noisy.We tried to contact reception but couldn't find the number.We reported this in the morning and it was obvious that others had disturbed sleep.After this first night it was quiet.It might be worth asking for a room that doesn't overlook the pool or patio area. Staff were very friendly and helpful.Provided me with ice to prevent bruising when I fell.The hotel was very clean Breakfast was adequate and there was a good supply of fresh fruit.I think this hotel is ideally suited for short stays or stop overs when travelling through France

Overall bad experience with this hotel, the room was not ready at 4.30 pm although I had called in the morning to let them know of our arrival around 3.30-4.00 pm. We finally get a room which had probably not served in a few weeks, the floors were dirty, the furniture more than outdated and in bad shape. We were ”with many sighs from the front desk” brought to another room which had a fresh dark brown stain on the ”newly” carpeted floor. Definitely not a 5* hotel, I would rate it a 3 star at best. The only positive thing was the location right behind the Hospice de Beaune.

We were a bit worried after the recent reviews but needn’t have been. On arrival our daughter went straight to the pool. The family room was a good size and the hotel stored our ice packs in the freezer enabling our onward transit to the south. The atmosphere is laid back and a bit quirky. About a 20 minute east walk to the centre of Beaune. Breakfast was ok, a little chaotic, but we got what we needed. The kids play area was also a nice touch. We would definitely return.
