호텔 살리나(Hotel Salina Beaumont CA)

The only reason that this hotel is not getting all 1 stars from me is that the A/C was blowing cold air all night after being in 100 degree weather all day. The beds were gross, stained sheets and cigarette holes. There were bugs crawling on the ceiling, and the location is not ideal. It was right off of the freeway, in back of a gas station. The noise from the traffic was bearable, but we were constantly checking the window to see if our car was okay. I got this room for a family trip, we wanted something with a pool as the temperature was triple digits. When we checked in, the pool was closed. An oversight on my part, but there were no disclaimers on the booking website to say that there was a possibility of it not being open. There were multiple windows that were broken, or showing signs of attempted break-ins, with some cardboard covering the more severe damages. I booked this hotel because it was the cheapest room that I could find in a short time, I got what I paid for.

First of all the receptionist was simply wonderful and accommodating!!! The pool was empty on a 102 day! The air conditioner filters were filthy and after I cleaned them, the room was still 90 degrees despite the temp set to 60. All my towels had dark black stains on the. The freezer worked great but the refrigerator only got semi cold. Needed more pillows but I survived. The ash tray outside my door stunk bad! The toilet room window was open making the room over 100 degrees when I walked in. The bed was comfortable. The shower was good after a hot day at work. Lighting was good.

Very pleasant stay. Really good room for a cheap price. Will definitely book again in the future!

Its ok not too clean by internet speed is great

First of all, Dawn is awesome. No there. Also had no problem with roaches when I stayed before. But this time was horrifying. Roaches climbing walls on tv in my bags and my printer, which I can't shake out. Once I realized how I may now be transporting roaches with me now, I asked for refund, but couldn't get through to *******, and had to suffer staying there, no $ to afford another motel on shirt notice. Again, Dawn is great Mgr/Hostess but this was alarming to say the least. This is a real health risk, and rude to charge for a room with this amount of infestation. I really don't mind a roach or two, but go check out room 236. 212 and 223 were a bug or two, no big deal. But this was over the line.

The TV kept saying no service so I called the office to mention this. Office said they had called maintenance and someone would be right over. Man came and got the service back on the tv and left. Then the remote would do nothing so I gave up and read my book.

Don’t stay here if you want to shower. No shower curtain; no drain plug, no full-sized towels. It was obvious the room had been “cleaned” by wiping a dirty rag all over everything; it left a visible film on the desk and mirror. Also: dog poop allll over the property.

sheets dirty. Cigars marks and other stains on the bed sheets. There’s only 1 trash can. Everything looks old and dilapidated. Curtain was also falling apart.

Overall a good stay. Welcoming and helpful service. Good tv and central location. Walkable to many services. We were surprised at deteriorating state of the property, thin towels, age of furnishings and finishings.
