The first floor has the other full bathroom with walk in shower. Open floor plan in kitchen and living room allow for easy entertaining and plenty of natural light with the blinds open. Kitchen thoughtfully stocked to allow ease for staying in and cooking. Plenty of room for seating in living room. This updated villa is the perfect place for your Fripp Island getaway! Getting to know Fripp Island: Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all. A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary transportation.
