Motel 6 Beatty - Death Valley

The man lied about the price and said there were no senior discounts when there have always been senior discounts. There were several other problems I had with this man that I didn't have when the girls were running the Motel 6. I had to go back to the front desk several times to straighten out stuff that should have been done when I was at the front desk when I was paying to stay an extra night.

We stayed here last night. RoomDIDNOT looked nothing like the website. There was shoe prints on the ceiling. The bathroom floor was dirty. The curtains were coming off. I would never stay here again.

Rooms are inside accessed. Beds were comfortable, room very clean. There is a laundry room on the 2nd floor and an elevator.otherwise no amenities like coffee in room or anywhere else. There is a vending machine. Across the parking lot is the gas station with a huge candy store and grill and sandwich place inside and a ****** restaurant further over. I noticed by the prices posted on the back of the room doors that it looks like prices practically double in summer.

The good is, it now has a very quiet refrigerator and microwave. The poor is the beds. The mattress sits on a wood platform. Moves every time you sit on it. The sheets are all cotton and almost impossible for you to turn from side to side. The walls are paper thin. You can hear people next door and above you. Maid service the 1st night was only to pull up the bedspred and clean towels. Second night, none at all

One of the nicest Motel 6 hotels we have stayed at. Nice room spacious and very clean. Coffee is ready very early Nice front staff. Very friendly. Would recommend Smoky Js barbecue restaurant down the street. Also loved the candy store next door. Great homemade ice cream The store next to the motel has subway, homemade ice cream and lots of candy. Also coffee and breakfast. Slept well

I stay here fairly often compared to other M6’s. Staff is always friendly, rooms always clean, never a shortage of parking! Just a warning to others who’ve never been here that this town is a huge speed trap. Don’t go more than the 25mph posted.

The room had been updated with a nice tub and shower. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The elevator and lobby could use renovation but no big deal. I had low expectations since it is a motel 6 in a small town, but it was actually pretty good.

For a quick overnight stay before heading into Death Valley, this place was great. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It's easy to find, and the location seemed very safe. Best of all, it was very reasonable and just about 15 minutes from the entrance to Death Valley National Park.

A nice quiet hotel. Room was smaller than normal but was comfortable enough for what I make a hotel room for.... Sleeping and showering. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, water was hot. Staff was friend a d professional. Close to gas stations and restaurants and not that far from any major location in Death Valley.
