거짓 광고: 2022년 8월 13일부터 15일까지 2박에 퀸 사이즈 침대가 있는 17~24m2 객실을 231유로에 판매합니다. 우리는 11m2도 안 되는 방에 있었는데(침대를 둘 정도만 둘 수 있는 공간), 침대는 140cm였고, 변기좌석이 제대로 고정되지 않았고, 샤워기 헤드도 샤워바에 제대로 고정되지 않았습니다(리셉션에 보고했습니다). 객실은 클래식한 것이 아니라 1박에 110유로인 기본형이었습니다(사진 참조) 리셉션에 따르면 우리가 처음으로 불평을 한 것은 아닌 것 같습니다. 우리에게 보상하기 위해 무엇을 할 예정이신가요? 그리고 가격 차이가 11유로이기를 조금 더 바랍니다!!!!!

Immaculately clean hotel with a really powerful shower, great for washing your hair! The bed was big and comfortable. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. There is a secure carpark next to the hotel, which costs an additional €10. The car park is very easily accessible for any size of vehicle. The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk from the centre of town, where you’ll find riverfront bars and restaurants, and plenty of shops. A lovely place to stay if you’re visiting Bayonne.

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour, l’accueil a été très agréable. Seul bémol, devoir réserver le Hammond une heure à l’avance, pour un séjour d’une nuit nous n’avons pas pu en profiter.

Este hotel definitivamente no tiene 4 estrellas, como mucho tiene tres. Habitación extremadamente pequeña pero limpia. Bien ubicado.

Emplacement calme non loin du centre de Bayonne. Parking 5€/jour parfait. Belle vue sur la Nive. Petit-déjeuner excellent et copieux. Personnel serviable et agréable à toutes heures. En revanche, chambre classique très petite et sans climatisation. La propreté laisse fortement à désirer : sol mal nettoyé, tâches sur les draps, seules deux serviettes et un tapis sont dans la salle de bains. Dévidoir du papier toilettes installé trop près des wc, on se cogne les côtes et le dos. La qualité et l’épaisseur des serviettes de bain, la qualité des draps, de la literie et la propreté ne sont absolument pas dignes d’un 4 étoiles.
