This is an old hotel and not suit the 5 star rating for it. Pros : *able to check in early without charge with the kindness of the receptionist at that time. If not, MYR50 for early check in need to be paid *the cook for the breakfast is good but if they would add up another menu on it, would be perfect Cons: *the moment i came into the room, it is not stunning, it is kind of shocking. I am travelling from the south of Malaysia (about 700++km) and this is such a dissapointment to see the condition of the room. Dusty, there is no sign of proper maintenance on that room. Not sure if my bedsheet been change from last occupant. *Lobby just look like 2 star hotel *the amenities such kidsworld, public swimming pool, karaoke room and others are very poor. In other word, creeoy. Dont expect more *pool inside the room is muddy, there no sign of proper maintenance. I think twice to jump in the pool with my children. The chlorine is too strong. *lift is too old to carry people, look like they are about to die😂 The good things is, no charlie/rove beetle found! Thank god! Lexis group should figure out something to improve all these gaps, otherwise it will be an abandoned building a few years later

The service was just good. I was able to extend my stay for another 1/2 day for RM 300. Food was good too. My toddler loved their fried rice, and my wife loved their nasi lemak

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and concern regarding my recent stay at Lexis Suites Penang and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. The next day morning, to my horror, I discovered rove beetles scuttling across the floor, wall, glass door, bath tub, even hided inside swimming clothes. if u don't know what is rove beetles please google it how's the harmful to human skin. please look at the picture. I can't imagine if my child were to be infected by rove beetle toxic during our stay at this hotel; it's a distressing thought that highlights the importance of ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for our family especially is a 5 star family suite hotel. I emailed the hotel management regarding this issue, but I have not received a response. very disappointed. please considering if u want to staying this hotel.

I thought it's was 5 star hotel but it's look like 3 star.I booked deluxe room ,the room is huge.Ok only...anyway the cleanliness is bad,room no air circulation...very smelly, somemore there was loud noise from the heater when use it everytime.The body wash liquid makes skin dry too.No entertainment at all.Its kind of boring staying here.Around the hotel all village area.However ..the breakfast was good.But i don't prefer this hotel for next time.Sorry to say this ...it's my honest review.The hotel need to maintain the cleanliness and upgrade amenities for people staying there.Really need to upgrade the hotel.

Nice hotel for families trip. Kidz are enjoy the private pool. The room was very big & nice. Toilet very clean & big. Fantastic breakfast and staff are friendly. Only location is a bit far from town but the seaview & mountain very beautiful and relax. Will recommend to my friend & will book again next trip. thank you!

Our ool too dirty, service very bad, call many many time no person coming to settle down!! In the room had many ants. Not too good for our staying.

My 2nd time. But feel disappointed. Understand that this pandemic, however no provide bell service even like a trolley. It's too difficult to bring your luggage when u together with whole family or children. For the breakfast, it's only provide buffet. Even request deliver to room, also get reject. Please understand that children is not vaccinated. If children dine in mean is high risk for them. I feel like not flexible at all & never provide any solution. Is a 5 star hotel? I feel other 4 star hotel provided more good service than this hotel. Also, the floor was many rubbish when we walk out from lift. The swimming pool in our room is not clean also. Is a 5 star standard? I don't think so. Feel disappointed at all compare to my 1st time.

Upon check in..the hotel cannot find my detail..what happened was..on their record my check in should be on sunday while in my details booking in trip.com was fri😖..but thank god they manage to arrange everything other tban that everything was perfect.!!!💕

really enjoy the staycation in lexis. everybody happy.. specially mum n kids. good food plus can order by foodpanda also..really happy tq..
