스테이브리지 스위트 올랜도 앳 시월드(Staybridge Suites Orlando at Seaworld)

This place is the most unhelpful and disgusting place going. Staff are exceptionally rude and I wouldn't let a dog stay here let alone my family. Greeted by what I can only describe as a grumpy teenager whom with every question we asked about the answer was dont know ask the manager in the morning. Despite 4 separate emails of which non were answered and virgin holidays requesting it we went to our room and there was no cot. My mum went downstairs and was told by the grumpy teenager that this hotel don't provide cots! They then went into their storage unit and found the most accent cot, that had looked like it had been pulled off the ward of a mental asylum from the 50s and threw an old dirty smelly sheet and blanket in it and the expected my 2 year old daughter to sleep in it. We had been travelling for a total of 27 hours and then we had to stay up with my daughter as she was not able to sleep in the cage that was provided. The cot also looked like it had been eaten by wood lice or worse still rats. Hotel was dirty, bins overflowing with rubbish, dirty everywhere and certainly not a standard I would expected for a "Family hotel". Certainly won't be staying here again and thank god we were able to move to a much nicer, cleaner and friendlier hotel. Dont be fooled by the "good reviews".

what a truly amazing hotel,from the moment you walk into reception you know you have made a great choice,the staff are smilling friendley and welcoming ,the rooms a pottles and smell very clean and fresh the bedding was pristine, extremely comfy mattress and the pillows were very good quality , the studio was very large kitchen area was very good large fridge freezer american size microwave dishwasher coffee maker electric hob toaster all crockery and utensils provided, shower was very powerfull the towels plentyfull and very white and fluffy , the toileterys provided were good quality and in dispensers all dove products shampoo, conditioner, body lotion,hand soap, having been to orlando and greater florida areas over 45 times i can truly say this hotel is in the top of all the hotels i have stayed, the complimentry breakfast was very good good variety and sets you up for the day, the social evenings three times a week are fantastic and complimentery with snacks hot and cold soft drinks wine or beer thought this was really good and a lovely touch,the pool area is small but i and my husband never had a problem finding somewhere to relax in the sun the are around the staybridge suites is very pretty with good roads to all area there is a free shuttle to seaworld if you want a fantastic base to stay in orlando then i would highly reccomend these suites hopefully we will be back next time to stay here

We stayed here as we had stayed over a year ago and really enjoyed it and had a great time. This time we arrived late and the check in was a complete mess. I was told my credit card was declined. I had previously put a card on file, but not been able to provide it on check in, so couldn't use it. Then I was told I could have used it, but the details were cleared out. A manual transaction couldn't be set up, so I had to use a card that had lots of foreign charges. We weren't given any of the info on pool times, breakfast times and the social, except on the card with the keys. The room it self was fine and the girl on housekeeping was lovely, like a breath of fresh air. The breakfast was fine and when we finally knew there was a social, we went and found an assortment of food and drink. We had sorted out the check in with the morning staff, where is transpired no charge had been made to the card and the original card was used. We complained about the Receptionist at check in, after going down to complain about noise from the room next door, which could be clearly heard even the lift. We knew he was on speakerphone and advised the Receptionist. 5 minutes later, someone came to repair our phone. She had not listened to the problem. It was the same Receptionist as at check in. We saw the Manager and he said he would sort out the issues and give us some IHG points. When we checked out the bill still seemed to be wrong and no points had been added. It was only when I responded to the email asking for feedback that I was given the points and refunded £594.24 that I had been overcharged. All in all, despite Deo on Reception being excellent and the Housekeeping girl being like a breath of fresh air. We wouldn't stay here again, as our initial contact and check in was so messed up, it has put us off. There are lots of properties in the area to choose from and this needs to sort out it's act.

I have 2 weeks in here and missing 2 more counting this week. The Hotel is great so far, good Rooms, missing more cleaning service at rooms, they only come on Saturdays, they have all day Coffee but it's not always fresh during the day, a Girl Sabrina have a great guests attention, she is very kind and helpful, there's a Mr. Miguel Barreto, best attention from him, excelent food, great menus for dinners, there's FREE DINNER Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, Delicious Sangría made by him, Good Beers those 3 nights are the more enjoyable at the hotel, because of their attention, Miguel and Sabrina. The Breakfast is just OK, it's hot breakfast somedays but somedays very cold, they are missing variety at breakfast, always the same, same scrambles eggs with a Lot of water at the bottom, sometimes sausages or bacon with a lot of oil or water at the bottom too, bread that you can put in the toaster but there's no Waffles or Pancakes as shown in the pictures, so in that way very disappointed because we have a long stay. First week was ok, but now we don't take breakfast or just go down for coffee or get breakfast other place. The rest of the Hotel personal needs a lot, BUT A LOT, of training to treat guest, it just seems like the manager or the person or persons in charge just care about income and not guest comfort o a good or high quality service and food. You select the Hotel because of the pictures and comments before the pandimic but the reality is very different, and no Covid excuses because people is traveling, so as we spent our money we need quality and good attention back as this two persons that kindly has assisted us and assured a good image of this Hotel that have everything to be like a Marriot. We often look for Marriotts but this time we decided to try something new and more complete, that's what your selling, buts not what guests getting back. Anyways very happy and pleased with this 2 persons, Miguel Barreto and Sabrina from Front Desk. Forgot to metion there's FREE laundry, that's very nice but all the washing machines and dryers need maintenance and a guide somewhere in the room so guests can use them the right way because I have seen people using them wrong and then they are broken.

We stayed at the Staybridge Suites for 9 nights , we travelled from the UK with Virgin Holidays. The hotel is very clean and friendly. We were impressed with the suite, we had two large rooms with ensuite bathrooms, a kitchennette and lounge area. The room was cleaned once while we were there. We hotel was not really in the ideal location for us. We did not hire a car and international Drive was about a 50 minute walk away. The only close restaurant appeared to be a fish restaurant. This is an ideal location if you want to be next door to Seaworld or if you have a car to get about. We were looking forward to trying an American breakfast with waffles and pancakes. We had a big shock as this was very very basic and nothing appeared fresh, but in packets, the hot food appeared poor too and very basic. Not what we had imagined at all. We did however consider cooking in the room, the room did provide pots and pans, but no cooking utensils to cook with. We had already asked for a bottle opener, which we borrowed from reception , they said they would bring one but never did, so we ended up buying one, so we didn't bother asking for anything else. We also asked at Reception regarding booking a trip to Volcano Bay water park. They told us to use the travel company opposite the reception. Unfortunately they couldn't book Volcano Bay as they can only book this as part of a package. We booked this ourselves. We also asked them to book a taxi for us to take us to Blizzard Beach Water Park. The guy booked this and a taxi turned up. One of the doors of the taxi did not open, the taxi guy seemed very very overly friendly. The taxi jolted backwards and forwards all the way and seemed to have something wrong with it. He charged us $160 dollars return . We had been scammed. This taxi appeared to be some random guy with a car and not from a legitimate taxi firm as Virgin asked us to provide a receipt, the taxi guy returned with 3 un written receipts from different taxi firms, he then asked for $100 dollars for him to bring it to us. Virgin Holidays were supposed to provide free transportation to Disney and Universal, hence why we used the taxi. We complained to virgin who tried to blame the travel company. The travel company did not really want to take any responsibility for this, neither did the hotel even though then are advising their guests to book through them. We did get $60 back , but please beware do not ask the travel company to book you a taxi as if anything goes wrong, nobody wants to take any responsibility.

We travelled here with a family of 4. The hotel is clean and rooms are spacious. The breakfast is very very basic, so don't expect an American Style breakfast . Everything in packets, nothing fresh, hot food very poor. no covid measures in place in dining area. we were also scammed with a fake taxi which was called from this hotel so did not have a good experience, so beware of the inhouse travel company when booking, nobody will take any responsibility if anything goes wrong. Rooms were cleaned once in a 9 night stay, rubbish piling up in room. Hotel is in an isolated location with only one restaurant nearby. Was not suitable for us. Is ideal for guests with a car who want to be close to seaworld. Would not stay again.

This place has some awesome food!! the social Monday thru Wednesday is amazing! Miguel the chef is fantastic and let me tell you he can cook! Fanny the social attendant so friendly, helpful and such a hardworking person on the weekend she does the break fast and runs around! The front desk staff is amazing,gio, Natalia,nasilum overnight auditor is awesome! I'm not sure how to spell her name!Omar the front office mgr.is always welcome his guest and very helpful! The location is very convenient and very clean! We have been here a long time and this is home! Samantha the new front desk person is extremely friendly and helpful! staybridge SeaWorld extremely lucky to have all these people working here! Ray the general manager is always greeting me and saying hi! the maintenance staff are amazing and always so fast to respond,Eric the maintenance manager has a great team! The property is very very clean!! Wallace and Alberto the morning breakfast crew are also terrific!! The property is extremely convenient to restaurants and CVS,7 eleven walking distance!, SeaWorld is across the street! The washers and dryers work really well! They also have exercise room!they also have coffee ☕ in the social area through our the day! They also have 🖥️ to use and print out forms etc we've been here for 365 since last year and one of the cleanest hotels we've stayed at.oh yes and Nancy the weekend social attendant so so friendly and hardworking person! She loves to greet her guest!the pool is extremely nice and relaxing area! It's heated! They have dishwashes in the kitchen and full size fridges! We wanted to thank SeaWorld Orlando for the hospitality!

Perfect location! Whether you’re going to SeaWorld or a trip to Disney World it’s a perfect location for both!!! They have a wonderful selection of breakfast in the morning, the beds are absolutely amazing. The rooms have ton of space. We will definitely be staying here again.

We normally stay at the Sheraton Vistana at the bottom of I drive. However, this holiday we chose to stay at the Staybridge Suites Seaworld. Read lots of trip advisor reports about the hotel and the staff and how nice they were. These reports were not wrong the staff are amazing. One thing we noticed was how clean the place was and how they always seemed to be cleaning something. You were always greeted by the staff at the desk (if not busy) whatever time of day. We wondered about the location for the parks but it was easy to get to any of the Disney Parks and Disney Springs, albeit by car. We had the privilege of our room facing Seaworld, so if we were back early enough we got to watch the firework display. Room was very nice, not as big as some we have stayed at but still ample room for us. Lastly, one the last day of our trip my wife's mother suddenly passed away in England. Our check out time was 1100 and our flight was 1730. My wife was obviously in state after the news and I wanted to take her mind off it by getting her down to Disney Springs for breakfast and a walk around. I explained to the lady at the reception desk what had happened and she kindly extended our check out time. This made a lot of difference to us. Please pass on my thanks to the lady, I did get her name but have since lost the piece of paper I wrote it on. It was the morning of the 13th November. We will be back.....as loved this hotel.
