바르셀로 바바로 비치 - 어른 전용 - 올 인클루시브(Barcelo Bavaro Beach Adults Only All Inclusive)

BEAUTIFUL. All inclusive. Wonderful service and food. PARADISE!!

We have stayed at this property twice in the past (2019 and 2020). We came back again because of our previous experience was good. This time, however, we noticed a couple of areas that could use improvement. The issue most evident was the lack of service in the buffet restaurant. It seems they are short of staff. Most times we were more than half way through the meal before any service was provided (water was mostly what we were looking for). For breakfast, most days, we served ourselves coffee from the machine. It was also difficult at times to find a table that was cleared and reset. For dinner, the options for entrees were limited. Halfway through the week, we discovered that the Paradise buffet had a much better selection, so we went there instead. The service was much better there also. Positive regarding the Adults only buffet: The lady cooking breakfast was an absolute sweetheart. Always smiling and happy and made me a fantastic omelet every morning.

The grounds were very pretty, but the rooms are in dire need of renovation. Most of the staff cannot communicate in English making it difficult to even get a towel, (which I didn’t have the first 3 days of my stay and had to do to the lobby to get for myself). The food was less than desirable in the adult only section, it was better on the family side, but then you had to listen to kids screaming crying & unsupervised. I won’t be going back for sure. **Also it “says” all inclusive, but it was NOT!

Not enough chairs on the beach , rooms old and not clean, need to be update. Stuff is not very friendly!

This resort, especially the Adults Only Beach side, felt like we were among friends. Can’t wait to go back. I was EXTREMELY disappointed that the only beer you can get is Presidente on tap. I am a beer drinker, but keg beer gives me a headache, and the beer I did get was not very cold (regardless of where I got it from on the property). Barceló needs to carry more beer, in bottles and/or aluminum bottles/cans. They would save money because instead of drinking beer, I drank Scotch for 7 days.

Had to wait 1:30 hrs for room to be cleaned and ready, well after check in time. Housekeeper cleaned room again and left no towels to take a shower. The a la carte restaurants food and staff were really bad. Very unsatisfied with my stay at this hotel.

Resort had a beach and pools. Had Adults only resort as well as family and hotel areas. Weather was fantastic and buffet’s were OK. Did have restaurants on site as well. We were premier level guests and room service was hit or miss. Took several calls to get things and clean towels are not delivered to room till afternoons (kept pools towels to use). Several Littles things could have been better (NO SHUTTLE SERVICE) but overall very enjoyable.

The property is beautiful however the food was not to my taste. I am perhaps a little spoiled with good food in the area, however the food options were not very good at all.

Rooms are not so new,floor and bathrooms needs some renovation.Food is nice ,staff is very friendly but they need to learn English more.Only one Entertener his name is Jovani he can communicate very good in English. Also they don’t have enough bad at the pool or at beach.Be prepared that somebody can put your staff in the floor and take you seats.Other that that beach is amaizing and Gourme restaurant is the best.
