The property is beautiful, great design, beautiful rooms. Quite big, so there’s always somewhere to go but not too big to walk. Service needs improvement both at restaurants and room cleaning.

Booked this trip last minute. Upon arrival, we were greeted and checked in smoothly. However, they didn’t really explain anything to us. They simply gave us a map and told us to follow the bell boy to our room. The room was very nice and clean and large. The hotel and grounds are very nice at this hotel. Extremely clean and well taken care of. Entertainment was minimal and the shows at night weren’t very good. The food was average at best. The ****** was small but nice. The service was terrible all around. We waited 2 days for an iron and face cloths to be delivered to our room after asking 5 times. If you want a quiet boring beautiful resort, this is your place. If you want fun, don’t go here. It’s super boring

I had paid for a unique club ocean-view room, but the hotel put me in a regular room without an ocean view. The cooler was not working, and to make matters worse, my room was not in the VIP section. As a result, I found it challenging to navigate the resort, which is massive. The unique club has its bars and restaurants for VIP guests, but I couldn't enjoy them. I missed meeting the Majordomo since he came while I was in the bathroom. I asked him to come back in an hour but he never got back to me. Furthermore, there was a mistake at the reception, where everything was wrong. They even congratulated me for my birthday when my birthday is in June. I spoke to the managers, but they seemed indifferent to my plight. I felt like I had wasted my energy, time, and money.

Visited this property on Jan 4th for a 3 night stay with my husband for out 2 year anniversary . We tried the uniques experience and let me say I was blown away!!! It’s my first time trying an all inclusive hotel. We were assigned a private butler Jimmy who was such a help with booking our dinner reservation an other needs . I rate that this experience 4.8 overall. The property is clean and well kept . Buffets offer a wide variety of food however I love the unique buffet overall. Drinks are a bit watered down depending on what I order but overall good . Definitely will recommend a revisit .

Would highly recommend this resort. I had very little issues abd would definitley would return. The unique experience is the way to go!

The hotel is lovely, the food is a disappoin**ent. Being by the ocean you would like to have fresh fish at least which was impossible to find here.

By the end of day 1 of a 4 day trip, I was annoyed, frustrated and ready to leave the property. That has never happened while on vacation in 'paradise'. As my Husband put it, "Never have I ever been so impressed (by the beauty of a property) and disappointed (by everything else) on vacation. This was by far the worst trip we've ever experienced and I will never ever go to another Lopesan property. I watched a few videos and they all gave rave reviews and to each their own experiences...we just did not enjoy ourselves in the least bit. This property is marketed as though adults have seperation from families/children when that is not true at all. There is no escaping the endless crying, whining, temper tamtroms, running of kids. While ai understand not every one is as annoyed by kids as I am, I have visited many places with kids. This was by far the most overwhelming and annoying experience ever. Very very disappointed in what I expected versus what we recieved because we were so excited to come.

Unique level was a great decision. Clean grounds, good service, good food.
