-No one available on arrival to take in my luggage on arrival.
-No welcome drink while waiting to check-in.
-I went to my room got ready to go down to the pool and realized my safe was locked. I had to go back the front reception to get assistance. I waited to have someone come and unlock the safe. The safe's keypad was defective but I was told to use it couldn't be changed and to press hard or use the keys that work.
-When I got back from the pool I went to shower and the shower gel dispenser wasn't on the wall and one light burned out over the vanity. I went don to the desk and waited for someone to come. Housekeeping came with a glass of shower gel and maintenance replaced the light.
-Next day when I came back from the pool, the dispenser wasn't replaced. I went back down to the desk to complain again and when I got back from dinner it was replaced.
- Not real hot water all week. I couldn't use my whirlpool that I paid extra for. They told me a lot of people using hot water at the same time but it didn't matter, no matter what time it was always warm. The drain area in the whirlpool tub was rusted and even if the water was hot, I wouldn't use it.
-Constant noise from the construction next door.
-The bar selection of gin was poor.
-Pork Carving was too repetitive.
-Public washroom faucets worn out and sticky cartridges
-I went to use the courtesy change room. No towels, the shower stall was dingy and black caulking in the corners, broken shower head holder. I paid $3k
