Cana Brava Residences-Panoramic Condo

The property is fairly new and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful the entire time. There is a large pool and a restaurant on the property with an Italian theme. Free shuttle service is available to take you to a supermarket in Punta Cana and to a Beach Club that is about a 5-7 minute shuttle ride from the property where the ocean and beach are located. Also the Beach Club has a large infinity pool overlooking the beach. The food and drinks there are very good. You pay a daily fee to go to the Beach Club but food and drink are all-inclusive up to the amount of the daily fee. Anything more is billed separately. City tours and excursions can be arranged at the Cana Brava Residences.

Choosing to stay at Cana Brava Residences, nestled within the Hard Rock Café precinct of Punta Cana, was a decision that not only met but exceeded my every expectation. The fit and finish of our room were impeccable, featuring high-end appliances, modern and inviting furniture, and a sound system that could easily turn an evening into a party. However, no review of Cana Brava Residences would be complete without mentioning Elsa, the heart and soul behind our extraordinary experience. Her ability to accommodate me and my guest at a moment’s notice, even with unexpected flight delays, was nothing short of remarkable. Cost is always a consideration when planning a vacation, and I was genuinely surprised at the value offered by Cana Brava Residences. Compared to friends who stayed at the more traditional options like the Rock Hotel and the Bavaro Princess Hotel, our experience was superior in every way – from the ambiance to the personal touches that made our stay unique. Great customer service and safety. Walking distance to beach. I was told we can get all day pass for $35 at Hard Rock per person but it was lot more than $35. Map app was misleading and needs update because it’s a brand new property.

The host Of the property is extremely helpful and nice and will definitely take care of you. While you are staying there!!!!

The owners are very well organized and have thought of many excellent touches that made my stay wonderful. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. I’ll definitely be back.

The apar**ent we stayed in was, new, modern, clean and very well furnished. I can not say enough about the staff. We were the first occupants to stay in our apar**ent so there were a few minor issues with things not working properly as with any brand new property. When we notified the staff of any issues they came immediately to remedy the problem. This property is brand new and the surrounding area is currently being developed but we didn’t really hear any construction currently going on. I would highly reccomend this property to anyone looking for a more private and friendly alternative to the all inclusive experience.

Place is beautiful and staff is super welcoming. Ask for Iroska, the property manager, to take of you and you won’t regret. Italian Chef from Napoli makes it even better!! Thank you, guys. You’ve been amazing.
