The Fern Cove Villa

It's actually hard to believe that you can find such a relaxing, soothing place in the heart of Colombo. The property and the environment are designed with attractive colonial and cultural style architecture, and surrounded with rich collection of Sri Lankan antiques all over the place. It's a nature friendly place as the garden is surrounded with so many different kinds of trees, even you get to see some monkeys (not disturbing for visitors but a beautiful scenery) , different kinds of birds inside the property itself which is so surprising to see in Colombo. We have been to this amazing place couple of times with friends, family and there's no doubt of visiting there again in the future.. The senior couple who owns the property and look after it are genuinely friendly, professional; they understand the customer requirements well and give an excellent service. We came to know that they own another beautiful property in Nuwara Eliya too..

I stayed the first two nights of my journey at the Fern Cove Villa and had a wonderful tim. The garden ist beautiful and the social areas couldn't be more idyllic. There is a nice swimming pool and a good place to work infront. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, AC and warm water included. And the breakfast was the best I got in Sri Lanka so far! Besides the hosts were very welcoming and helpful! Just loved it.
