Classical Italy inspired over the top decorations, lovely pool, spa, functional gym, quiet room, great location to visit mt samat war museum and casas filipinas de azucar, the food at breakfast was soso but the service was excellent. A car is recommended to reach the property, but bus also arrives at peace tower.

Beautiful sceneries ,uniquely built ,amazing architecture but the time we were there we were disappointed in the restaurant because almost 90% of the menu card weren't available. That's the terrible truth. We thought they will already soon close. Very disappointing and a big reason not to come back.

Our stay at the Archduchess Villa in Rancho Bernardo, Bataan, was nothing short of amazing. The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with modern amenities, including an Alexa-operated system that made everything incredibly convenient. The highlight was definitely the private jacuzzi, offering the perfect place to relax and unwind while enjoying the serene surroundings. The peaceful and secluded atmosphere of Rancho Bernardo made it an ideal escape, and the exceptional service from the staff added a personal touch to our experience. It was the perfect blend of luxury and tranquility, making it an unforgettable staycation. Definitely worth every penny!

장소가 놀라웠던 만큼, 훌륭한 서비스가 전체 경험을 완성했습니다. 직원들은 제 가족, 특히 장애인인 아버지에게 정말 친절하고 배려심이 많았습니다. 장소의 분위기는 고요하고 편안했습니다. 꼭 다시 올 거예요!!

대통령 스위트룸에서 샘플 리노베이션을 했습니다. 가끔은 엄청 비싼 레스토랑에서 평범한 음식을 먹었습니다. 특별한 것은 없었고 가끔 파리가 돌아다녔습니다. 적절한 칼도 없었습니다. 음식 선택이 매우 형편없었습니다. 미끄러운 바위 바닥이 위험했습니다. 보통은 깨진 전구와 말라붙은 식물이 주차장에서 시작되었고, 가끔씩 손님이 와서 주차장에 쓰레기를 흩뿌렸는데 아무도 치울 사람이 없었습니다. 조각상은 유럽에서 영감을 받은 매우 형편없는 폼 모조품이었습니다. 그리고 빌라 중 하나에 가짜 모나리자가 걸려 있었습니다. 전반적으로 시간과 돈 낭비였습니다.

리조트는 아직 개발 중이었습니다. 트레비 분수는 3분기에 개장할 예정입니다. 자체 플런지 풀이 있는 미니 빌라는 4분기에 개장할 예정입니다. 비싼 스위트룸인데 욕실은 꽤 작았고 욕조도 없었습니다. 하지만 인터넷 TV, 시원한 에어컨, 테라스는 괜찮은 선택이었습니다. 조식 뷔페는 "럭셔리"라는 태그에 비해 꽤 단순했습니다. 하지만 서비스는 정말 흥미로웠습니다. 집사들은 극한의 서비스를 제공하는데, 예를 들어 제 운전자를 위해 이용 가능한 숙박 시설을 찾기 위해 온 힘을 다한 마이클이 있습니다. 그리고 빈스는 우리를 위해 부동산 투어를 했을 뿐만 아니라 훌륭한 사진을 찍어서 훌륭한 사진 기술을 보여주었습니다. GM 프렌신과 FD 책임자 파예의 환영을 받은 것도 기억에 남는 경험을 만들어주는 요인이었습니다. 가까운 미래에 다시 와서 전용 풀, 코이 연못, 그리고 물론 음성 제어 기계인 알렉사가 있는 매우 비싼 빌라를 이용하고 싶습니다.

Not impressed — poor customer service outweighs the good location For a professed "luxury mountain resort," Rancho Bernardo in Bataan did not meet expectations. I’m giving 2 stars — one for the location, and one for the spa (Arjay was accommodating and the massage was actually good, though pricey). Everything else was frustrating: 1. I confirmed via Viber that we could play pickleball. When we got there, they said it had to be before spa hours — so we scheduled it for 7am. The next morning, they suddenly said we couldn’t play because they needed to “set up the net.” We even brought our own gear. Totally inconvenient. 2. No à la carte menu for 2 days. They forced guests to get their expensive but limited buffet. No ketchup, either. Plus, they only served fish and veggies on buffet. The chef said they cannot accommodate the request for a bacon and hotdog. 3. The barista (Dominic) looked annoyed when we ordered. We asked about the pool wifi — he said only the IT team knows it. Are guests supposed to chase down IT now? 4. Can’t play basketball during spa hours because the court isn’t soundproof. Seriously? This place badly needs customer service training. If you’re paying for a "luxury" experience, you’ll be disappointed. Honestly, La Jolla is so much better. If you’re into bad service and being disappointed, then by all means, go.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rancho Bernardo. All of the rooms and building structures are intricately designed like a Balinese casita. This resort has great potential once they finish all of the construction probably in one to two years? Special mention to Michael, Ogie and the rest of the staff who made our stay a memorable one.

I recently had the opportunity to stay while visiting Bataan on business. The beauty of the resort and friendly staff made my week here unforgettable! Marc & Vincent were amazing at takikg care of us. The amminities were top notch! Highly recommend!
