The room looked NOTHING like the pictures online. It was so small, you could jump from one side to the other. The wall looked like it had mildew/mold on it. The hallways smelled like **** covered up with bleach. The lobby was beautiful, but the actual room was awful. We talked to the man at the front desk and expressed our concerns. He gave us a “free upgrade” to a different room. This room looked like the pictures, but was still not very clean.

We booked the hotel for a one week stay; upon arrival the outside was well maintained and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Once in our room, we had a 5 person sleeper, it was smaller than expected but ok. I did not like that the sink was outside of the bathroom. The bathroom was very small. It was an ok room just to sleep in. I always clean a room before we touch anything. In my cleaning I noticed a yellow stain on a blanket. Now I get that white can sometimes stain but please remove that before someone checks in. I was immediately given a new one though once I informed them. After two or three days, I asked for our towels and the trash to be replaced, they provided more towels but did not remove the trash or take the old towels. Breakfast was ok, again they could benefit from a larger space and more equipment so that you aren’t waiting so long for items. Example, there was only one waffle maker and one toaster. Overall I would give the hotel a 3 star rating. I would most likely find another hotel before booking them again.

Do not book this hotel! My 1st room was dirty so I asked for a refund but wasn’t able to get it approved due to management not being on-site. He offered me an upgrade which I didn’t care about upgrading I just wanted a clean room. The second room was worse then the 1st one , make up on the comforter, hair pieces on the floor, dirt in the shower and trash on the floor. I told the front desk about the issues and showed pictures and told them I didn’t even stay in the room that night. She said she will show management too see what can be done because she agreed with at the time that no one obviously inspected the room after the staff “cleaned” it. Needless to say nothing was resolved not even a partial refund and they lied and said the complete opposite of what my conversation was with the front desk clerk.

Traffic noise is heardm but not an issue. The staff if helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will return again without a doubt!

The rooms are outdated. Mold under the desk. Sofa looked dirty and worn. Other furniture looked aged. Staff was upset I wanted a refund. Breakfast was awful. Area was not cleaned. No one came to put out fresh food.

Upon arriving to the hotel we were advised that due to the hard freeze there was no water because of broken/frozen pipes. The manager on duty advised us that they couln't give us a refund since ******* booked and paid for the rooms. The manager advised us that if we contacted ******* that they would explain the issue and authorize the refund. ******* has reached out to the property but a manager has not returned their calls. Since the property has not held up their end, ******* cannot refund our money. Sorry way to treat a customer!

Room was not very clean (as described by my son, who is a college student and never complains)...loud as the room was next to highway and the walls were paper thin.

Compare to Hampton in and similar others, this is not even close. In our room ac and way up to the ceiling. Even a taller guy needs a ladder. The bath is very smelly because there are 2 water passing hole. Super smelly from drain.

Got there at night, told No Breakfast tomorrow, cook sick, no sign at front desk, but 1&3rd floor ice maker out. Had to call Fr desk to find ice. Then I charged drink and food to room, later my adult son was told he would have to pay cash for snacks.
