세레니아 크레스트 아파르타멘토스 아르크 데 트리옴프(Serennia Cest Apartamentos Arc de Triomf)

Lots of things were broken, missing light in bathroom with wires hanging out, outlet with no cover, rack in shower falling out. Lots of splatter on the walls/ceilings of all rooms. The second bedroom is so small that the door can't close at all. We had to leave at 6am for the airport and were depending on wifi calling to call taxi. Woke up to no wifi and then the elevator wasn't working and worse yet the entire stairway and lobby had no lights, pitch dark. 6am climbing down 5 flights of stairs with tons of luggage while holding the flashlight on my phone.

The property was very clean, modern, close to many restaurants and small supermarkets, and very walkable to top attractions. Albert was no-nonsense but very nice and super helpful. Only negatives are no views and the neighbourhood is modern so it lacks old world charm.

Excellent management. Very cooperative. They helped us locate and print our train tickets. Manager was very quick in responding to my questions and concerns anytime during the day. Check-in was easy given the manager’s quick responses.

Excelent place near to everything Restaurant,Store ,Metro

We had an excellent stay. Albert was very helpful. The apar**ent was clean, comfortable, and easy walking distance to many great sights.

Location is great, close to the subway station, the area is quiet, close to several small grocery stores and feels secure. Communication was smooth and they always answered on the app quickly. Albert helped us check in, gave us the tour and explanation of the place and tips on enjoying barcelona. The place is spacious, clean and has a washer, full small kitchen and fridge. They give you laundry detergent and dish soap etc as well. We had a very comfortable and spacious stay in barcelona thanks to serennia apts. I would recommend staying here though it is not right in the middle of the super touristy areas

It is a great appartement..you could live there for a much longer time. Everything you need is there. Its in the middle of a local area. We feld completely save.

This is really a place to recommend. A nice, spacious and modern, newly refurbished apar**ent with all necessary facilities for a pleasant stay. Perfect for families with kids. Everything worked as it should. Alberto, the service man for the apar**ent block is always ready to help, just give him a call! The area has a lively a**osphere with plenty of low/mid budget restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Not noisy at night. Very close to the old town, less than 10 min walk. Very clean and tidy apar**ent. Good location near arc de triomphe , near many nice squares and lot's of restaurants and tapas bars. During our stay it was quite warm, so we also appreciated the good working air conditioning.
