Unbelievable experience at this hotel! I was assigned to a ******* room (Bilik Hantu) at the corner of the building. In the middle of the night, something pulled my blanket away and touched my leg. Strange noises filled the room, and objects seemed to move on their own—it was absolutely terrifying! I have seen on tiktok that many people experienced the same thing in this hotel.
If you're brave enough and want a paranormal encounter, feel free to book a stay here. As for me, never again! This was my first and definitely my last time.

리리뷰어에어컨이 물에서 나오는 문제가 있다는 점을 제외하고는 전반적으로 모든 것이 괜찮지 만 에어컨은 여전히 차갑습니다. 다른 측면에서 모두 6 인 가족과 함께 1 박 숙박은 괜찮습니다. 💛

익익명 사용자Such a nice and strategic hotel in Kb. The food was nice also. Only when we went for breakfast around 9.30 am they did not topup the foods anymore which is the closing at 10.30 which i think still needs to topup dont let it empty to early. The rest all good

1. Extra pillow are chargeable (RM15/pc)
2. Amenities (Gym,play room,swimming pool) are open from 8am-8pm only.
3. Not much TV chanel available

HHattasandozoMy wife was very please with this time stay. From the room condition, food for the lunch and breakfast and staff hospitality, all are excellent. Although the stay only a day, surely will repeat to this hotel.

DDesignYourLifeTips❤️여기 Kota Bharu에서의 체류 기간을 연장하여 창문이 없는 호텔 방을 다시 예약했습니다. 전체적으로 깨끗하고 편안합니다. 기본 편의 시설. 더 중요한 것은 이 위치가 KB 몰, 채식 레스토랑 M 스타 카페에 쉽게 접근할 수 있고 시내와 가깝다는 것입니다. 다시 예약하겠습니다.

익익명 사용자The hotel is strategically located at centre of Kota Bharu and opposite kelantan river. Walking distance to Muzium Perang (Bank Kerapu), other few museums & Restoran nasi ulam cikgu. There is a few food stalls open at night near the hotel. Cannot expect much for amenities but the hotel did provide body wash in the toilet but no shampoo. Still feel safe as solo female traveller. Plus point the hotel has elevator & water refill machine on every floor if im not mistaken. The downside maybe the hotel’s hallway seems a bit gloomy & musty. No window hence the musty smell in the room as well.
However, i would definitely choose this hotel again if i ever come to Kota Bharu considering its location & price wise.

TTanDebraThe door for the shared bathroom cannot be locked and can be potentially invaded by the tenant of another room that is using the same bathroom. When we attempted to give feedback to the hotel owner, nothing was done. When the next door is rented out to other customers, we warned them about the bathroom lock. The hotel worker then abruptly force us to change room. Mind the phrase I used, ”abruptly force”, they didn't just ”offered” us to change room, they rudely forced us to switch to a lower-priced room which we didn't agreed at last. I had been to this hotel several times and it was all good, thus it is always my first choice to stay in Kubang Kerian. But after this experience, I will never go back to this place. Ever.
