시설: 시설은 완전하고 기본적으로 새롭습니다. 방에있는 온천 수영장의 물 배출이 약간 느리다는 것뿐입니다. 기본적으로 몸에 담그는 데 30 분이 걸립니다. 체크인시 직원이 손님에게 상기시키고 해당 자동 배수 장치를 추가하는 것이 좋습니다. 이렇게 하면 더 나은 경험을 할 수 있습니다. 위생: 전반적으로 위생적인 ​​환경은 괜찮으나, 소파와 침대 끝매트에 얼룩이 있습니다. 객실 직원에게 청소를 요청하는 것이 좋습니다. 환경: 환경이 아름답고 때로는 가족과 함께 여행하기에 적합하며 아이들도 온천에 갈 수 있습니다. 서비스: 직원의 서비스 태도는 완벽합니다. 여행 전에 Butler Xiaowen은 체크인 세부 사항을 미리 전달하기 위해 내 WeChat 계정을 추가했으며 어린이 세면 도구도 준비하고 침대 난간과 침대 2개를 결합했습니다.

非常可以，唯一遺憾的就是沒有電梯

整體還不錯。現在過來是淡季，韓山整體的風景很不錯，因為人員少所以服務都不能第一時間響應，也可以理解，人員服務態度倒都是很好。早餐也是人員少，所以沒什麼品類，但可以現煮豬雜粉或是麪，我們是晚上上山的，山路還挺好開的，就是沒燈稍微注意下就好。晚上第一頓是在這邊餐廳用餐的，喜歡糯糯的入口即化的梅菜扣肉，客家讓豆腐也很驚艷，這邊豬肉和豆腐真不錯，廚師手藝也好。想靜靜心來避暑，三月開始可以過來，送我們上山的景區車師傅很健談，和我們説這裏杜鵑花開、茶山可以採茶的時候，清明、白露時節，滿山野杜鵑開放很漂亮。還是要旺季來啊，淡季就是很安靜，雖然早上起霧沒有看到雲海，但晚上可以看星星。

維也納酒店梅州大埔店超出預期！位置好找，停車方便，大堂大氣整潔。房間寬敞明亮、衞生乾淨無異味，床品舒適好睡，衞浴乾濕分離，熱水充足。前台服務熱情高效，客房響應及時，早餐能吃到客家風味，性價比很高。來大埔商務、旅行都很合適，推薦入住！

The hotel is conveniently situated at a junction where you can find food very easily. There is also a supermarket nearby so we could just stroll over to grab a yogurt drink after meal. The hotel room looked dated and it’s observable from the design and the bathroom, as well as the carpets. However, the room is reasonably clean and service was sincere, friendly and prompt. I sent some clothes for laundry and the staff took the effort to inform me that the clothes would be hand washed then dried under the sun so they should be ready by evening time later on. She also informed me of the pricing, then went on to ask if I was alright with that. I like it that they are very clear with charges and there is no hidden cost. Service was also very prompt. I asked for more water at the concierge when I came back from dinner and the room service staff was already waiting for me at my room door with the water by the time I got out of the lift. The beds were clean and comfortable too. My aunt and I rested well for the two nights we stayed there. The only negative was probably the air conditioner which was quite loud. But once we fell asleep, it didn’t bother us. There is also a very cute tea set in the room which guests could utilize if they wanted tea. It would have been better if they had given us four bottles of water instead of two. Then we would have been having our little tea appreciation session more regularly.
