코르넬리아 디럭스 레지던스(CORNELIA DELUXE RESIDENCE)

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!!! First of all…for the price I paid I’ve been accommodated in a very old room and I can say even not really clean. The robes were dirty with a brownish stains on it. The internet was coming and going, from room to room and floor to floor. The SPA…very old…very slippery everywhere you go….extremely dirty and not hygienic at all, with a smell of a mould. And the “cherry of the cake” to my stay was that, using the lift from the SPA back to my room, the lift start to falling down and then I stuck inside for like 20-30 mins ringing the alarm bell and banging on the doors…nobody was coming to help…some people spoke to the reception and they told them -‘We will go in a while’ …and nobody came!!! Thankfully somehow a passing through customer heard me and press the button, then somehow the lift started again and the doors opened, after being inside only with swimsuit and the robe(freezing) with no phone or anything else! I went to the reception to tell them about it…so they can put some sign that this lift doesn’t work and it’s dangerous to use…and they just said yes okay will do…and that was all nothing has been done! The next morning I woke up with a coldsore on my lips from all the dirtiness and stress I experienced! This is so NOT acceptable, very unprofessional staff !!! So, yeah I highly NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!

A nice hotel if you want to avoid the noisy Bansko There is a van twice in the morning and twice in afternoon to take you to the ski gondola,and that’s very convenient The hotel had also arranged for us ,a private transport from Sofia airport So you really don’t need a car Breakfast was ok ,dinner was excellent The spa area is small Very good choice if you have small children

We stayed 7 nights as a four member family, overnighting with breakfast, and we were very satisfied with hotel. Food was really nice, many choices for breakfast, and dinner with a special offer was great. Hotel has a great location and space just in front of it for play, so kids enjoy it. Hygiene at the spa could be better, but we didn’t spend too much time there, so no big deal. And the girl at the reception should be more willing to help, because on almost every our question their answer were - I don’t know ☺️ but whole in whole - we had a great time at hotel and Bansko too…our recommendation!

Writing a review or even complaining is something I usually never do but had to here so to keep it short and sweet. the staff in this hotel are the rudest and most ignorant staff we’ve ever had and outright made our trip hell please do not stay here and avoid at all cost. You think you can ignore it and just get on with your holiday but anytime you need to speak to reception which you more then likely will a few times the outright attitude that will come your way will literally leave you baffled as to if what is happening is real

Stayed here as thought it looked lovely on *********** and couldn’t regret it any more. Staff are vile, intimidate you and make you feel unwelcome. When they locked us out the hotel at 2:30am for 2 hours in -7 degrees and security had to give us any available room they didn’t even apologise and told us it was our fault and even suggested we changed hotels. I’m glad my stay was only for 3 nights because I couldn’t wait to leave. Breakfast is hard too and was no glasses available for 5 mins everyone was waiting around the drinks. I asked bar staff and she said they were coming but they were on the bar and still no one bought them over. Hot water is off when you arrive and takes about an hour to heat up. I had a 10 min shower and then it turned cold as my partner tried to go in. Waited 40 mins and it was still freezing cold and since we were skiing and also not central we had to skip showers as didn’t have any time to do this. Definitely not a deluxe hotel by any means

We just came and order 5 burgers from the hotel restaurant, because we were in rush. Guess what? 40minutes, with not good cooked meat, also semi fried potatoes, bread from Lidl, and very small meat in the burger. Also it coast almost 14 BGN. Even that, behavior of the staff when see that we are from Bulgaria is visibly bad. Unfortunately in bulgarian resort the service is terrible

Great place for relaxing. Good food in the restaurant. Seeing a fox was a bonus. Comfortable bed, very clean apartment and courteous staff. Highly recommended.

Ужасно. В номере нет интернета и не починили. В номере нет ни чая, ни кофе. С утра во время завтрака отключилась электричество, так что и кофе выпить не получилось.. Ресторан дорогой. Персонал делает вид, что все ок.. Не советую!

Πολύ ωραίος και ζεστός χώρος. Το δωμάτιο είχε δικό του καλοριφέρ που το ρυθμίζαμε εμείς και ο χώρος ήταν υπερβολικά ζεστό! Πολύ καθαρό και το μόνο που παρατηρήσαμε ως ελάττωμα ήταν ότι η ντουζιέρα ενώ έκλεινε με πόρτα από κάπου έβγαιναν νερά με αποτέλεσμα να γεμίζει το μπάνιο με νερά και δυστυχώς δεν υπήρχε κάποιο πατάκι. Επίσης το ένα παράθυρο δεν έκλεινε καλά και έμπαζε το δωμάτιο μερικές φορές όταν είχε έντονο αέρα αλλά δεν μας ενόχλησε ιδιαίτερα καθώς το καλοριφέρ έβγαζε αρκετή ζέστη! Κατά τα αλλά ο χώρος του σπα, το πρωινό,η εξυπηρέτηση και η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετικά!
