This Hotel is very beautiful Place in bishnupur.Hotel structure is so good.Staff behaviour is very good.Parking & Fooding is good.we are satisfied.Bedroom and washroom is so clean & Comfortable.All person of reception behaviour is excellent.Thank you team Annapurna And Mr. Debashis Thakur and Moushumi and Dipannita.

One of the cheat service I received from the hotel, very disappointing, they charge me good amount of price for the single occupancy, in the evening I asked for drinking water, they served, lated they came with the bill asked me to signature, said it will be chargable, when I refused, they said you will get only the bottle is on the house, rest will be chargable, mean if I don't have money I can't drink water, I paid the bill being a General Manager of a luxury Resort, for me they are make me upset badly. Hope will not hunter by any other guest. That should clear before the check in that they are not feeding any water. Oops......... Most disappointing. Will not visit,may be never. God bless

it was great staying there and the hospitality we got was even more unexpected. it is centrally located and the places you want to visit from there are very much near if you calculate it. There is junction mall 10 mins walking distance. Carnival cinema hall, big bazar 5 mins walking distance. and the bus stand is near to it too.

As a touring musician, I have stayed at upscale hotels worldwide, and this might be my favorite ANYWHERE. VERY comfortable, quiet rooms. The facility is beautiful and welcoming inside and out with a sharp, modern design. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool/spa/gymnasium area -with the excellent view, this was a great place to start the morning! The restaurant and adjacent bar are very nice. Most importantly, every single person who works here, whether front desk staff, security, or ***agement, is OUTSTANDING. They take pride in their hotel and genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. The hotel is also in a beautiful neighborhood. I sincerely hope to come back!

Was there for a social gathering, birthday event booked by us for around 100 pax in the month of August 2024. Nice buffet set up with option of veg and no veg separately. Staff as well as management was very cooperative. The coffee shop is mostly likely place, nice set up, having an option of drinks as well. The function was organized nicely with bigger hall for big gathering and VIP set up close to that in a smaller hall. The AC was chilling which was good. They got decent parking space as well. We required for a wash and change room for elderly people which was offered complementary. I am not able to recall the name of the F&B Director who was like acting GM, stood till the function got over. Great place, must visit, good hospitality.
