It was so sick to start with a lady receptionist who was very angry and stressed just to manage for an extra bed. After taking full charges for an extra person, the toiletries and water bottles need to be requested repeatedly 3 times until late at 10 pm, finally just to get the basic stuff but still without a face towel. Linguistic and understanding skill is also terrible for the front line staff of an international hotel. Last not the least is the moldy smell of the pillows and mattress with the non-stop itchiness of both legs under the blanket keeping us awake the whole night. (When u don't have any known allergies to anything)
P.S TV remote does not work , cannot turn down the volume and wifi also never fails to disappoint us during the whole stay by continuous loss of signal.
