I have stayed more than 10 times here and I already has given great feedback about this place before. This time I have very bad experience with staff on reception, I just asked can I have a late check-out as a regular guest and hotel was almost empty. So, I got a very aggressive answer with voice raised, next day I tried to talk with this staff to explain her she can't talk with me like that ,she replied - If you don't like something, you should find another hotel and don't come here anymore(I will definitely come as I like hotel). I asked her if I could speak to the manager? She told me that she is the manager.I asked if I could get your name, to which she completely ignored my question and didn't tell me her name. She told me that can't understand English which is not through. I really like this place and will be great to improve,to avoid situations like this.
