The rooms was not only unclean, but also the hotel in general is not a good pick. Old and dirty rooms, with poor front desk support. Seems like a business going downhill

Excellent service by pinky Singh. Nice ambience. The starters were little spicier than expected but tasted really good. The broccoli ***churian was specifically very good. It was something different compared to what we usually get in other restaurants. There was live perfor***ce as well and the view from the 10th floor was stunning. It's our second visit and definitely wouldn't be our last :)

This is my second stay at Royal Orchid Central hotel in Bangaluru. It is conveniently located to airport and city center. I feel that this hotel cares a lot about the comfort of the customers meticulously. Rooms, bathroom, ambience, restaurants, foods are very nice. I would like to mention specifically that water in glass bottles and hand wash dispensers are provided. There're not common in other hotels I stayed. Revathy Anil, hotel syaff was very mindful of my comfort while I stayed here. Staffs are very supportive. I enjoyed foods and service was excellent.

Excellent service by Ahilesh and his team - Anup and especially Pinky Singh. They made it a most memorable and special birthday for my mother with great service, food and memories to take away with us of a special day ! A special occasion is something that few places make truly worth remembering and the team at Ging is certainly one of them ! Highly recommended.

It was pleasant stay and we enjoyed the location,which is near MG Road, the special attraction was the positive interactions with the staffs. Especially Ms Revathy from front office. She was very attentive. Roof top was just mind blowing. we look forward for an even more pleasant stay with my family.
