Food was good and same taste before or after but service is very poor cleaning or Hygiene was poor Breakfast morning i see beans sprout 🌱 or bread so ***y 🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟 fliying there all food 🍱

Really good ambiance and hospitality. The place was very beautiful.

Pretty bad experience with the ***agement & Staff. Vijay in Particular & Abhinav who tried to help but left the hotel - not sure for what reasons. I had reserved the rooms for my friends from CA, when we were celebrating our daughter's wedding reception. My friends who came from Hyderabad to attend the function & I can never forget the experience we had here. We checked out on 31st of December 2023 and still in process of settling the bill - Advance the hotel needed to refund.

The staff was not helpfull while placeing food order the staff was keep hanging the phone on our face and if we are asking for anything they are saying they don't have they will not able to provide only Housekeeping was good on times and after check out from the hotel tlfor reception we got a call saying that we need to pay more for the food bill which we paid but after that when I call and asked for the bill they did not provided the full bill and after asking 4 to 5 times for they have sended the bill but in the bill there was no exter amount was pending from our end and after asking why they have asked for the extra money they did not had any answer they just refunded the amount with out giving any call back.

I’ve been staying there every year since 2015. Unfortunately it has become run-down. The hotel staff are nice folks and helpful. Hopefully they’ll give the place some TLC soon and improve the condition of the building.

Room interior old, stained bedsheets, noisy, too close to road, poorly maintained, small, generally the photos were misleading. Outside road is horrible like a market area. Very busy downtown. This hotel was horrible

The hotel needs complete refurbishment, restaurant menu needs to be more authentic South Indian

I stayed two nights in the hotel. Thanks to Remy & Syed for all the assistance. Fast check in & check out. Staff The only downside was the unstable internet. Overall it was pretty good, I had a pleasant stay.
