The services r very supportive & welcoming. Foods are also good at the restaurant.In hk especially Mr Surajit Rout is very friendly & very polite, appreciated professionalism. Overall stay was nice ,very good ambience Must visit, extremely recommended

Nice property, can do much better, Staff not motivated or trained, they look sad, gloomy and not happy....

It was very nice staying at this hotel.food was nice.. The staff very friendly and supportive.the location was also at very good place.value for money hotel…I recommend people who wish to stay in Delhi with good comfort..

Room size is good. Location is great, Staff is courtious BUT: 1. Wifi connectivity is very poor 2. Couldn't;t sleep whole night, noise of water flowing from AC ( and I am not sure why) as if is not an AC but an air cooler . 3. Washbasin has old staines 4. Tea Kettle not working, so had to call them in the morning and change it 5. electrical switches , bit sure if they are on or off, so had to try twice every time to check if it is on.

Very clean & staff very friendly

Excellent room and amenities but was diss points that the poolside restaurant was closed for a party on the night of my stay. This party, plus the even bigger one downstairs made it pretty noisy until after 1am. The music stopped at midnight but the noise of returning guests in the corridors went on until after 2am.

The Grand Magrath is a boutique hotel. While its main advantage is that it is in in the heart of Bangalore city, it is also in a quiet area. I stayed there for two days last month since a friend's wedding was at the same venue. The rooms are very spacious and well appointed. Service is good and all the staff were very courteous. The food served at the wedding was really good though I think the complimentary breakfast buffet could have been better. I forgot my AirPods in the desk in the room when I checked out and I called them on after an hour or so when I remembered. Abhijeet at the Front Desk was very helpful. Not only did he find the AirPods a few days later he (He happened to be on duty again that day) arranged to have them couriered to me. I was really pleased with the level of service. If someone is looking for a peaceful, quiet and comfortable stay in the heart of Bangalore city I would definitely recommend The Grand Magrath.

Hopeless staff, not at all bothered. Shower did not have hot water everyday. I had to come out and call housekeeping every time. This was disgusting. There was also a car service centre in front of our room where loud noise kept seeping through our rooms. Finally on check out there were no bell boys to bring our luggage down, my wife had to lug it down herself. This is inspite of me at the reception settling the bill, I requested 4 times to send the bell boy, they were just not bothered
