This was my 2nd stay post good experience at Oct’17 but this time it was a nightmare. - Check-in was worst as i reached at hotel on 10:30 PM but no one was available at front desk and none of the contact numbers were reachable. After waiting for 30 Mins one person came stating he was having dinner. - Lift wasn’t functional due to back water smell. - Entire lobby was smelling bad due to back water issues . - Rooms were dirty, no soap / toiletries in bathroom, - Bed-sheet had stains. Asked for a replacement but got answer like there’s no operational laundry since past few days so can’t change. - No hot water and after requesting for 10 times also no response received from only one functional guy at reception.
